Job Description

• 0-1 year of experience working on (Web, SaaS Dashboards, Android & IoS Apps).
• An impressive portfolio/case study to back that High proficiency with Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or any other prototyping tool
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent understanding of basics in UI Design such as (Grids, typography, and defining visual hierarchy)
• Applied knowledge of UX Processes, methods, and Principles.
• Impressive communication skills and ability to convey your ideas.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling User Interfaces designed to keep the user and their needs at the centre.
• Design intuitive UX deliverables for web and mobile enterprise applications.
• Understand the brief, align with the customer's business, goals, and milestones, and reflect that in the work done.
• Work closely with the Design Lead to ensure that your concepts meet our customer's expectations and will deliver the desired results.
• Create low to high-fidelity mock-ups with pixel-perfect designs to be handed off to the development team that clearly illustrate how sites function.
• Create a BrandGuide / Logo Process if required by stakeholders.
• Work with the development team to ensure pixel-perfect outcomes of the front-end assets
• They should be enthusiastic about sharing their ideas and proactively participate and collaborate on projects with the team.

• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Proficient in G-suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Will be closely working with Engineering Manager.
• Organize, schedule, and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the requirement of meetings.
• Ability to understand organizational workflows and processes.
• Transcribe source material, prepare documents, reports, tables, and charts; distribute as appropriate.
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
• Attend meetings and take notes of discussions; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
• Complete various special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
• Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.

Requirements:

• Mandatory 2+ years hands-on experience on PHP, Laravel, Codeigniter or any PHP framework
• Experience on building a rich web application using AJAX, JSON, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
• Experience of working with Angular or ReactJS or VueJS is a Plus
• Good hands on experience in RDBMS (Oracle/MySQL)
• Strong technical development experience on effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices code refactoring
• Experience with various source control tools like GIT, Jenkins CI/CD and Maven
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, ability to engage diverse group of stakeholders and drive long running programs with far reaching changes
• Strong ability to organise & coordinate activities across geographically spread teams and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
• Experience in Agile development lifecycle methodology with proven problem solving and analytical skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing a strong backend with web technologies, Persistence, Services, Platform, Performances and Scalability.
• Participating and collaborating with Product Owner/ Cross functional teams in the organisation to understand the business requirements and to deliver solutions that can scale.
• Designing and implementing Software that is simple, intuitive and easy to use with a platform development mindset to solve privacy platform problems.
• Proactively anticipating problems and keeping the team and management informed in a timely manner

Role: UI Developer (ReactJs Developer)

Experience: 1.5 - 2.5 Years
Qualification: BE (IT/ Computer), B.Tech., M.Tech., MCA.

Primary Skills (Must Have):

·      1.5 - 2.5 years of experience in web UI development 

·      Hands-on experience in developing responsive design using ReactJs,HTML 5 + CSS3, jQuery

·      Bootstrap 3 and other JavaScript Frameworks 

·      Worked on SCSS and LESS 

·      Worked on UI integration, collaborate with the design team to define the UI architecture, using Web design best practices 

·      Knowledge of Material design framework Good communication and interpersonal skills 

Additional skills/good to have:

·      Hands-on experience in developing a web-based solution using the latest technologies covering React.Js Angular, Angularjs, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5 technology (CSS3, Compass, etc.), object-oriented javascript and MVC js frameworks like Extjs/angular/backbone

·      Bootstrap 4 WCAG standards (AAA) W3C validator BEM standards Table structure (Mailer) 

·      Ability to work independently, good communication skills have experience in working on complex and medium to large projects.

·      Good understanding of SDLC and flair to follow the processes. 

·      An understanding of the fundamentals in object-oriented development, UML and Design Patterns

·      Experience building complex web apps that have been successfully delivered to customers 

·      Exceptional analytical abilities, creativity, and attention to detail 

·      Good team player who is a self-starter and well organized

·      Good expertise, good in technical analysis/debugging problems/issues, 

·      Experience in designing and architecting medium to complex systems, well versed with design standards &   framework

·      Experience in working on multiple technologies and complex projects 

·      Knowledge in Design Patterns. 

·      Mobile development experience would be an added advantage.
