About the Role:
We are looking for a technically skilled and field-oriented Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, and after-sales support of industrial machinery. This role requires strong on-site execution, customer coordination, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
ITI – Fitter Trade
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Commissioning:
Execute on-site installation and commissioning of machinery
Ensure timely completion of assigned work orders
Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) with customers
Handle machine shifting, de-boxing, and installation setup
Site Management & Coordination:
Plan and execute site visits as per project schedule
Coordinate with customers for site readiness and execution
Manage site activities independently
Ensure proper handover and customer satisfaction
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues
Coordinate with design, QA, and internal teams for support
Follow up for material requirements and shortages
Reporting & Communication:
Maintain regular communication with customers
Submit daily site visit reports to reporting manager
Ensure documentation and reporting accuracy
Required Skills:
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
Hands-on experience in installation & commissioning
Good communication and customer handling skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Ability to work independently at client sites
Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools)
