As a founding software engineer, your major role would be to take full ownership of development & scaling of backend, collaborating with AI-ML engineers to develop scalable pipelines. You be deeply involved in Software Development, Testing, Integration, Partner collaboration and technical Design and Innovation aligned with product strategy.

Note: We don’t really care about your qualifications as long as we can see that you have sufficient knowledge required for the role & a strong sense of ownership in whatever you do.

• 3-5 yrs+ experience with python & concurrency, having experience with golang is a plus
• Taking ownership of the complete backend & development cycles, having great knowledge of frontend is a plus
• Be core part of code and design reviews and make sure our products bar is high on coding and design standards and on Engineering fundamentals
• Taking high level decisions on designing systems across all engineering
• Represent in the Engineering Shiprooms and make technical tradeoffs.
• Hands on development for critical platform features in partnership with ICs.

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of industry experience with the Python and Django framework.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Good analytical skills with strong fundamentals of data structures and algorithms
• Experience building backend services with hands-on experience through all stages of Agile software development life cycle.
• Ability to write optimized codes,debug programs, and integrate applications with third party tools by developing various APIs
• Experience with Databases (Relational and Non-Relational). Ex: Cassandra, MongoDB, Postgresql
• Experience with writing REST-APIs.
• Prototyping initial collection and leveraging existing tools and/or creating new tools
• Experience working different types of datasets (e.g. unstructured, semi-structured, with missing information)

• Expert in Python with experience on Django.
• Expert in server programming, you should be able to implement complex business logic.

· 3+ years java development experience with JSE/JEE, Java based Micro-services framework and implementation, Spring framework, Hibernate framework, SQL etc

· Hands on experience on Spring boot & Microservices .

· Implementations experience of micro-service integration, packaging, build automation and deployment.

· Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

• Excellent knowledge in one or more of Python/NodeJS REST Frameworks
