We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a basic to intermediate understanding of the IT landscape and a proven track record of sourcing high-quality technical talent. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier IT professionals using various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, cultural fit, salary expectations, and notice periods.
- Technical Understanding: Maintain a solid understanding of various IT stacks to effectively screen resumes.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical interviews between candidates and hiring panels, ensuring timely feedback and updates.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for recurring and niche roles to minimize time-to-hire.
- Database Management: Regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment trackers/reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of dedicated experience in IT Recruitment (Agency or Corporate).
- Education: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA in HR is a plus).
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques on LinkedIn, Naukri.com, CutShort and other hiring portal.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to multitask, and a proactive "go-getter" attitude.
- Location: Must be residing in Pune or willing to relocate immediately.
