Qualifications
- Startup Experience: We strongly prefer candidates with prior startup experience. Former founders are especially valued, as their entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills align well with our fast-paced environment.
- Prior Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, with a maximum of 8 years.
- Educational Background:A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college in India.
- Backend Skills: Strong background in Python.
- Good-to-Have Skills:
- Frontend Development: Proficiency in Next.js and React.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS or Azure.

Your Responsibilities would be to:
- Architect new and optimize existing software codebases and systems used to crawl, launch, run, and monitor the Anakin family of app crawlers
- Deeply own the lifecycle of software, including rolling out to operations, managing configurations, maintaining and upgrading, and supporting end-users

You will be building efficient, scalable & high performance microservices and applications which will power the network of thousands of retailers across the country and at the same time improve the efficiency and visibility of information flow in our supply chain systems.
Your core responsibilities:
- Create elegant, efficient and maintainable software to support and extend our current products.
- Solve complex architectural challenges when implementing new features.
- Integrate with databases, file systems, cloud services when delivering scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and fix reported customer issues, delivering software patches as needed.
- Assisting in making design decisions based on performance, scalability, security, and future expansion.
