you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting highly skilled women who are seeking to restart their careers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Required Skill Set:

·        Minimum educational requirement is a bachelor's degree.

·        Possess a minimum of three years of recruitment experience.

·        Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.

·        Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.

·        Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Working on various clients vacancies.

·        posting jobs on social media and portals.

·        Screening & Sourcing of resumes.

·        Candidate co-ordination for shortlisting process.

·        Attending daily review & coordination meeting.

·        Training the team members.

·        Submitting resumes of candidates to the client/manager.

·        Time availability - 7-8 hours/day

We are looking for a Laravel developer with the technical skills to implement server-side code written in the Laravel framework. Your main responsibility lies in the development and implementation of applications written in PHP laravel .

Responsibility :

• Design and implement web applications that use the Laravel framework.
• Implement server side logic to process front inputs.
• Identify and fix bugs that are found within code.
• Interact with SQL databases.
• Ensure all inputs going to a database have been parameterized.
• Ensure the appropriate security standards have been implemented.
• Troubleshooting issues in the implementation and debug builds.
• Maintaining web-based applications.
• Presenting work in meetings with clients and management.

Desired Skill Set:

• The ability to problem-solve and critically think.
• High level of knowledge of PHP and the Laravel framework
• Web Development Skill.
• Understanding of OOP & MVC pattern.
• Understanding of SQL databases.
• The desire and ability to learn.
• Good interpersonal skills.

• Excellent knowledge of multiple technologies like .NET 4.0-4.6, ASP.NET, MVC, CSS, C# .NET, VB.NET,  AJAX, JQuery, AngularJS, ADO .NET, Entity Framework.
• Working Knowledge in MVC Architecture will be preferable.
• Experience in Web Services, WCF, Web API.
• Experience in Windows Forms, WPF.
• Experience in JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery.
• Working knowledge in SQL queries Stored Procedures, with a strong background in SSRS/SSIS report writing.
