Software Engineer is a challenging role within Cyber Security Engineering integration development. The role involves developing a product/service that achieves high-performance data exchange between two or more Cyber Security platforms. A Software Engineer is at the core of the evolution process and is responsible for the End-to-End delivery of the project, right from getting the requirements from customers to deploying the project for them on-prem or on the cloud, depending on the nature of the project. We follow the best practices of engineering and keep evolving. We are agile.

About the role

We are looking for passionate developers with 4-7 years of experience in software development to join the Metron Security team as Software Engineers. 

Mandatory Skills 

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams and mentoring junior developers. 
• Expertise in at least one or two Object-Oriented Programming language (Python, typescript, Java,Node.js,Angular, react.js C#, C++) . 
• Good knowledge of Data Structure and its correct usage. 
• Oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining high code quality standards. 
• Imbibe and maintain a strong customer delight attitude while designing and building products/services.

Other Requirements 

• Open to learn any new software development skill if needed for the project.
• Alignment and utilisation of the core enterprise technology stacks and integration capabilities throughout the transition states. 
• Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution and exploration of solution alternatives. 
• Define, explore, and support the implementation of enablers to evolve solution intent, working directly with Agile teams to implement them. 
• Good knowledge of the implications of Cyber Security on production.
• Experience in architecting & estimating deep technical custom solutions & integrations. 
• Manage the customer to ensure we have a continuous flow of work from them so that the team has enough work for at least a month. 
• Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance and fostering professional development.

• Work experience in the Codeigniter framework is preferred.

• 5+ years’ experience in customer focused product management in a technical product, end-to-end implementation and deployment within cloud systems.
• Must have experience in SaaS applications.
• Must have knowledge of Angular 8+, Azure, HTML CSS, JQuery, JavaScript ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server 2012/2014+ etc.
• Should have sound knowledge of Object-Oriented (OOPS) concepts.
• Must have experience in end-to-end product ownership and project management.
• Good experience in Relational Database Management Systems, Database design and Normalization.
• Hands-on experience in design, development, and debugging of systems.
• Object-Oriented Design (OOD) to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Experience managing multiple clients with strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM processes.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps and Azure functions.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Working on and at times leading the full software development lifecycle of systems

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies.
• Works with the product development team on the validation and verification process.
• Coordinate with the sales team to promote the product. 
• Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating internal and external customer feedback into product requirements, managing change requests, driving prioritization and pre- / post-launch execution.
• Define product tasks and resource requirements.
• Analysis of systems, considering reliability, systems risks and code.
• Create technical and feature roadmaps along with release planning, sprint goals, and grooming of both technical and business functions.
• Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to meet expected deliverables.
• Experience in maintaining the document of application functionality.
• Excellent understanding of process management, improvement practices, operation services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Description:

                         We are looking for skilled PHP developer with 1+ years of hands on experience in

                         Front - End and Back -End programming in PHP and MySQL.

Role: D365 CE / CRM Developer

Experience: 3-7 years

Location: Hyderabad (Initially remote)

You will need to:

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365.
• Have a strong understanding on one of these 3 areas Sales, Service, Marketing & Field Service.
• Possess strong know how on the Microsoft Biz apps data model to perform end to end architectural design and review.
• Pose an in-depth understanding of the Dynamics capabilities to fit business logic inside Dynamics 365 in a seamless way to attain customer requirement with no adverse impact.
• Be a good coder and a reviewer to ensure the customization code quality is at the highest level possible and comply to the Organization standard.
• Be a hands-on coder to build POC on-the-fly and should be able to present to the customers.
• Be responsible for building custom applications, modifications, integrations, data conversion routines and custom reports.
• Provide technical support for project life cycle.

You must have:

• 3-7 years of experience in design, development, and delivery across the Dynamics 365 CRM landscape.
• Proficiency in developing, customizing, integrating, deploying, and supporting multi-channel Dynamics 365 CRM systems.
• Experience with the use of the Dynamics 365 CRM SDK.
• Absolute know-how of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Platform, its capability, its data model, security/ access control, web services and other integration approach.
• Strong knowledge on Canvas Model Driven Apps and common data service (CDS).
• Strong .NET framework and C# development experience including CRM API, REST and SOAP.
• Hands on experience in server-side coding, workflows, Java scripts & plugins.
• Strong designing skills around HTMS, CSS etc.
• Strong experience on SQL Server database, Integration services & reporting services.
• Knowledge on leveraging cloud infrastructure

You may have:

• Knowledge of Power Platform usage is a big plus with experience on Power Apps & Power Automate.
• Strong experience on ADO.NET, ASP.NET, WCF & Workflow foundation.
• Strong knowledge on Model Driven Apps and common data service (CDS).
• Knowledge on Data Volume metric analysis, database tuning, detecting bottleneck will be a plus.

Desired qualifications and skills:

• Graduate Degree (B.E/ B.Tech, BCA)
• Microsoft certification for Dynamics 365 CRM would be an added advantage.
