Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company’s sales and revenuegrowth within the waste management or related industry. Your primary responsibility willbe to generate new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and contribute toexpanding the company’s market presence. You will work closely with clients to understandtheir requirements and offer suitable waste management solutions.

Responsibilities

 Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, site visits,tenders, and networking.

 Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by promoting waste management servicesand solutions.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customersatisfaction and retention.

 Conduct market mapping to identify potential clients, key sectors, and growthopportunities.5. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and clientonboarding.

 Track competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.8. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM orreporting systems.9. Follow up on leads consistently and close deals effectively.

Skills And Knowledge Required

 Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, in B2B and B2C sales.

 Experience or exposure to waste management, environmental services, or relatedindustries is preferred.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.

 Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

 Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving salesgoals.

 Good organizational and time management skills.

 Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.9. Adaptability to dynamic market conditions and client requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings, models, and designs using AutoCAD.

• Prepare Basic Engineering Documents such as PFD (Process Flow Diagrams), P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and HFD (Hook-Up Flow Diagrams).

• Design and draft detailed layouts, including: Equipment Layouts Civil General Arrangements (GA) Piping Layouts & Isometrics Electrical Layouts Piping Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

• Collaborate closely with design and development teams, project engineers, and proposal engineers across various projects.

• Convert conceptual designs into detailed engineering and manufacturing drawings.

• Incorporate revisions, modifications, and changes into existing drawings as per updates and site feedback.

• Attend client kick-off meetings and conduct site visits for surveying and civil inspection.

• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines.

• Maintain and organize a comprehensive library of project drawings and documentation.

• Familiarity with various STP technologies like MBBR, SBR, ASP, and MBR.

• Manage multiple drafting assignments in a time-bound manner with minimal supervision.  

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficient in AutoCAD with strong skills in both 2D and 3D drafting.

• Working knowledge of related tools such as: Revit SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite

• Good understanding of engineering and architectural standards.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring dimensional and specification correctness.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Primary Skills – SDA, DNAC, Cisco ISE, Routing and switching and Troubleshooting NAC, 802.1x, Supplicant configuration, 

Switching Skills- IOS upgrade, SNMP, VLAN, STP, VSL

Routing Skills-OSPF, BGP, ISIS

Network Monitoring Tools- Cisco Prime (Integration, monitoring, and troubleshooting)

1. Must have hands on experience in Implementing NAC,802.1x (Wired & Wireless)
2. Strong knowledge on CAMPUS LAN Architecture and implementation
3. Hands on experience in Routing, Switching, Cisco SDA, DNAC, Cisco ISE, Assurance
4. Working experience in Cisco prime infra, Monitoring, Integration and Heat map generation
5. Should have detailed technical understanding, troubleshooting of STP protocols (STP, PVST, RSTP, MSTP)
6. Perform IOS upgrades on Switches and WLCs
7. Troubleshoot skills on Quality of Service, Multicast and HSRP, Dot1x protocols, IPSLA
8. Troubleshooting skills on Cisco VSS, VSL and stacking technologies 
9. Should have detailed technical understanding, troubleshooting and support of, Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), MPLS in an enterprise environment.
10. Perform root cause and troubleshoot network outages
11. Should be proficient in Wireless technology, implementation, and troubleshooting
12. Deliver reports on the actions performed.
13. Hands-on experience with the networking products Like Cisco 6800, 9500,9400,9300, 3800, 2960x and 3650 switches. Juniper EX8200,EX4200,EX3300 and EX2200 switches
14. Strong ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and Identify, diagnose, and resolve different types of network problems.

Secondary Skills –

1. CCNP Certification
2. Project Management: Managing individual network projects within the scope of the Network Team
3. Excellent technical and business communication skills, both oral and written

• Job Title:- Service Engineer with experience in the water & wastewater field
• Job Location: Ahmedabad
• Exp:- 2 to 5 years of exp. in waste water equipment / water treatment plant
• Desired Candidate profile in Diploma/Bachelor in Engineer.

 Roles and Responsibilities

• Having Good knowledge of water treatment plants like Softer, RO, DM, ETP & STP plants.
• Having Good knowledge about job service in the water treatment Industry.
• Having Knowledge about plants operation, troubleshooting of WTP.

• The candidate is expected to get sales of spares, consumables, service, AMC and O&M of plants.
