Roles and Responsibilities of MicroFocus / NetIQ Developer IDM 4.5 Resource: - Suggest high level plan for implementation of Password Reset Self Service module - Deploy and configure Password reset Self service module in Dev IDM infrastructure - Perform PoC of Password Reset Self Service for Desktop / Laptop, VDI (Dell Thin OS), Flex in collaboration with different teams. - Provide assistance w.r.t any issues encountered during validation testing of the PoC / DEV environment. - Interface / Liaise with NetIQ and provide further inputs in case any bug is reported during testing of the PoC / DEV environment. - Provide assistance to L2 / L3 resources during deployment of the solution in UAT and Prod and work closely with required stakeholders on sanity checks post deployment in UAT and Prod environments. Core Technical Skills: 3 to 8 years of technical architecture experience integrating identity and access management software into clients' infrastructure and applications.
