Required Skills

Strong experience with GitLab, TeamCity, Terraform, Kubernetes and Docker

Proficiency in various deployment strategies and CI/CD pipeline setups

Solid understanding of Linux administration and Windows IIS.

Advanced scripting skills in bash and PowerShell

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, particularly GKE, GCS, GCE, Cloud SQL, and load balancers

Familiarity with Autosys for job scheduling and automation

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

The candidate should have a background in development/programming with experience in at least one of the following: .NET, Java (Spring Boot), ReactJS, or AngularJS.

IT Infrastructure & System Administration 

• Manage Windows/Linux servers, desktop systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V) 

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and availability 

• Oversee patch management, backups, disaster recovery, and security configurations 

• Ensure IT compliance, conduct audits, and maintain detailed documentation

DevOps & Cloud Operations 

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools 

• Manage container orchestration using Kubernetes; deploy infrastructure using Terraform 

• Administer and optimise AWS cloud infrastructure 

• Automate deployment, monitoring, and alerting solutions for production environments

Qualifications & Skills 

• Bachelor's or master’s in computer science, IT, or related field 

• 3-8 years of experience in IT systems administration and/or DevOps roles 

• Proficiency in: 

o Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Linux systems 

o Cloud platforms (preferably AWS) o CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) 

o Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Python/Shell scripting 

o Database management (MySQL, MongoDB) 

• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, AWS, DevOps) are a plus 

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows operating systems. 

• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other Windows-based services. 

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). 

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell). 

• Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced software engineer with a strong background in DevOps and handling

traffic & infrastructure at scale.

Responsibilities :

Work closely with product engineers to implement scalable and highly reliable systems.

Scale existing backend systems to handle ever-increasing amounts of traffic and new product

requirements.

Collaborate with other developers to understand & setup tooling needed for - Continuous

Integration/Delivery/Deployment practices.

Build & operate infrastructure to support website, backend cluster, ML projects in the organization.

Monitor and track performance and reliability of our services and software to meet promised SLA

You are the right fit if you have:
