Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Identify and prioritize test cases for automation based on risk, impact, and frequency of use.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve software defects in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release activities to ensure product quality and stability.
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging QA automation tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance our testing processes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks, libraries, and utilities.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior members of the QA team.
• Communicate test status, progress, and issues effectively to project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role, with a focus on web application testing.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, etc.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA best practices, and agile development processes.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

1. 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 yrs in Automation
2. Mobile testing experience with strong basics, understanding of testing and shipping releases on these platforms - iOS, Android, and Web
3. Prior experience in creating optimal test strategy - functional, non-functional, analytics, and automation
4. Experience with relational database and SQL queries
5. Experience of working with JIRA
6. Prior experience in working with tools like -
   1. Figma
   2. Datadog
   3. AWS

Skills: Python,robot Framework,Automation Testing,Selenium

1. B.E/B.Tech Degree from a reputed institution with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
2. Hands-on experience with test automation using Python or Java.
3. Experience with test frameworks such as Robot Framework or TestNG.
4. Traffic generation tools usage such as curl-loader or JMeter.
5. QA engineers for Networking Technology products such as switches, routers, L4-L7 products testing can also apply.
6. Knowledge of public clouds, AWS, Azure or GCP, is desired.
7. Working knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker or Openshift environments required.
8. Hands on experience with Linux.
9. Strong problem solving and debugging abilities.
10. Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI.
11. Interest in machine learning (ML) and data science is a plus.

● Knowledge of Performance / Load testing

What you will be working on: 

• Key contributor for developing product strategies and features. 
• Software development for industries leading SaaS platform 
• You will be involved closely in planning, designing, integration of client requirements.

Here are some technical skills require:  

• Independently own features and create feature test plans/strategies based on development and feature completion milestones.   
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement.   

• Design automation framework for automating feature tests.   
• Participate in test cases, test plans, s and code reviews.  
• Resolve functional queries coming from other business units such as support, escalation, product management, etc.   
• Participate in bug trailing, tracking quality assurance metrics.  
• Hands-on experience with Python-Selenium or Cypress, will be preferred.   

• Familiarity with Test Management systems like XRay and bug tracker like JIRA tools.
