Job Responsibilities:

• You will build new features across everything from the backend logic to UI components.
• Working on back-end web development using core PHP/ Laravel framework. 
• You have a good understanding of backend and database technologies. This means that you are comfortable owning and working on a feature end-to-end on both its frontend and backend parts.
• Working on database management and operations using MySQL
• Explore new technologies, new platforms, API integration and development, database development, etc. to help the company build desired product 
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and highly testable code
• Solid understanding of software development best practices

3 - 5 Years of experience, in that min 2 years of experience with PHP MVC frameworks like

Laravel(preferred), CodeIgniter, etc.

Strong Experience in PHP and MySQL and their declarative query languages

Understanding the fully synchronous behaviour of PHP

Strong experience in JavaScript and good to have working knowledge on any JS frameworks like Angular (Preferred) React, Python etc. - Understanding of MVC design patterns

Good understanding of front-end technologies JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, HTML, and CSS3

Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming

Understanding accessibility and security compliance

Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions

Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds

Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Basic knowledge of AWS and Shell command

Lamamia is an Uber for Vernacular skilling and Education, wherein educators can create and share their micro-lessons and micro-tests with the learners spread across the remote and rural part of India. Students can choose the educators, courses and assessment tests to enhance their knowledge, skill, aptitude and employability.

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 6 years experience delivering highly available web/mobile applications including 1-3 years as Senior/Lead developer.
• Prior experience in retail domain is a plus.
• 3 years of experience working with distributed teams.

• Should have good knowledge and experience 2+ years of experience in core Php, Opencart, Magento, Wp, Shopify Etc

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven software development experience in PHP, Web services, WSDL, XML, and SOAP
• Familiarity with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern, and previous experience developing web applications using this pattern or on existing MVC frameworks
• Good knowledge of relational databases, experience interacting with MySQL database systems through an abstraction layer, in addition to the ability to write raw SQL queries.
• Front-end development experience with strong Javascript skills (including frameworks/libraries such as jQuery, AJAX, JSON) as well as familiarity with accepted CSS and HTML design standards.
• Experience in common third-party APIs i.e. (Google, Facebook, eBay, etc) will be an added advantage.
• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.

• Design and develop solutions to complex technical problems spanning the development of product features, quality validation, and deployment to customers
• Build highly scalable web applications that are designed for high performance
• Lead design and code reviews

• 4+ years of experience building large scalable systems
• Strong experience in agile methodologies and test-driven development (TDD)

• Must have experience in delivering software via complete Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline

• A history of working on side/hobby projects or contributing to open source projects is a plus
