Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with 2–5 years of experience, proficient in .NET Core and experienced with cloud platforms (AWS preferred or Azure).

You will be responsible for building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs, integrating with cloud components, and ensuring robust data handling.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using .NET Core 6 or above.
• Develop and manage Web APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
• Work with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS: Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, CloudWatch, S3; or Azure: AppService, Functions, AzureSQL, EventHub, Blob Storage).
• Work with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and tools like PGAdmin.
• Utilize Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or equivalent ORM tools.
• Collaborate using Git or TFS for version control.
• Develop, debug, and maintain code in Visual Studio.
• Write optimized and scalable SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality.

Required Skills :

• Proficient in .NET Core 6+.
• Experience with RESTful API development.
• Strong command of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure acceptable).
• Good understanding of Git/TFS.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Visual Studio, SQL Server, PGAdmin.
• ORM experience with Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or similar.

Nice to Have :

• Exposure to asynchronous processing or event-driven architecture.
• Experience working with Cursor-based data fetching or streaming.

Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (Hapi.js / Express.js)

 Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices 

Work with SQL databases to ensure optimal data management and performance 

Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver seamless product functionality 

Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to industry best practices 

Manage source code and deployments using Git and Jenkins (CI/CD pipelines)  

Strong experience in Node.js, specifically with Hapi.js or Express.js 

Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture 

Hands-on experience with SQL and data optimization techniques 

Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and setting up CI/CD pipelines 

Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative development 

Job Description

• Design technical specifications for RPA (Blue Prism) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.
• Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.
• Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensures documentation is well maintained.
• Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
• Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
• Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
• Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.
• Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering / Computer Science

•  5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts.  Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).
• Working experience in RPA for a minimum of 2 years and having project experience of a minimum 3 RPA implementations.
