Founder’s Office Associate

Location: Bhubaneswar

About the Role:

As a Founder’s Office Associate at LPG Guru, you will work directly with the founding team to drive strategic initiatives across product, operations, and partnerships. You will be at the intersection of technology, business, and LPG distribution, helping streamline our product adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and competitor research, providing actionable insights to improve product efficiency and positioning.
• Design SOPs, distributor onboarding processes, and automated workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Create pitch decks, reports, and documentation to support business growth, investor updates, and client deliverables.
• Drive projects related to product, distributor onboarding, and market expansion.
• Liaise between the tech team and business side to ensure alignment.
• Manage priorities, follow-ups, and cross-team communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–1 year of experience in strategy or startup operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with exposure to SaaS or B2B tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a high-growth, ambiguous startup environment.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets; basic scripting using Google Apps Script.
• Familiarity with Postmaster.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
• Experience in workflow creation/automation.

Start Date: Immediate joining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Will design & build property and casualty Insurance product using Duck Creek tool • Document technical / solution approach

• Will perform Coding, Unit Testing and Code Review In Duck Creek platform • Coach and help team members for their delivery Technical Expertise

• Must have deep understanding of Duck Creek Claim Administration System configuration.

• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into manuscript inheritance and group structure, including design of technical components.

• Experienced in Manuscript Coding & Configuration using Author, Product Studio, Express, Server and User Admin.

• Hands on experience in Claims Desktop, Console modules, Party Module, Task Creation, Claim Configuring, Extension and Advanced Extension points, Auto Reserves,

• Integration and configuration with Claim related third party

• Experience with SQL Server, customizing and Debugging SQL store, Triggers, User defined Functions / Types, Cursors and XQueries.

• Hands on development experience in Microsoft .NET including C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server

• Must be experienced in DCT debugging Tools (TraceMonitor, ExampleUtil, TSV Monitor and Data Tester).

• Must have XML and XSLT programing experience

• Must have working experience in Duck Creek product versions 4.x , 5.x, 6.x, 7.x Or latest Professional Attributes

• Should have good communication and team building skill

• Good to have knowledge in Insurance

• Ability to work in a team environment which will include but is not limited coaching team, help to fix issues,

• Full knowledge of software development life cycle using Agile methodology

• Experience in Java-J2EE Development
• Hands-on experience in Struts (Core Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB) framework.

Responsibilities

 Analyze user engagements (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)

 Report on web traffic from all social media

 Build and support SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing projects

 Identify the habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience

 Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness

 Coordinate with our digital team and the Marketing department to design advertising campaigns

 Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments

 Advise other employees on their social media activity (e.g. how to respond to comments and questions by customers and what to share on personal or company accounts)

 Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company

Requirements:

 Previous work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role

 Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns

 In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics

 Experiences with social media management tools, like Buffer and Hootsuite

 Familiarity with online content (experience with WordPress and content management systems preferred)

 Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends

Excellent communication skills

 Time management and multitasking skills

 Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management will add plus points to your performance.
