About the Role:

We are searching for a talented and passionate Senior UI/UX Designer with strong mobile app experience to join our growing team in Mumbai. Responsibilities:

Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our mobile app.

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design solutions.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

Analyze user data, heatmaps, and other analytics to identify areas for improvement in the user experience.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.

Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and best practices, especially in the mobile app domain.

Contribute to and help maintain our design system.

Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.

Qualifications:

4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on mobile app design.

A portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience in creating user-centered mobile app interfaces.

In-depth knowledge of UX laws, principles, and best practices.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.

Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation, including experience with heatmaps and user analytics.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
