This postion is a high impact role working directly with the founders and engineering team to drive product and GTM execution. This is an in-office position based in Coimbatore. 

Objectives of this Role

Lead Product Launches & Adoption

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to enable effective rollout.
• Leverage CRM, analytics, and project management tools to track impact.

Enable Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Create training resources, help pages, and customer-facing materials.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to ensure product adoption.

Proven experience in product management within a fast-paced environment.

Track record of overseeing the full product development lifecycle.

Strong ability to design and execute product marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design, engineering, or related field.

Previous experience in software or web development.

Demonstrated success as a hands-on product developer before moving into management.

- Good understanding of NODE JS back-end development
