Role Description Role- Frontend Developer (Next JS) CTC- Upto 12 LPA

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. Using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.

Responsibilities Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications. Build reusable code and libraries for future use. Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science. 2+ years' experience in frontend development. React and Next JS experience is must. Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies. Experience building object-oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our growing team in Cybercity. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver a fully functional application based on Figma designs. While API integration is not an immediate requirement, it will follow later in the development process. The chosen candidate will work with React and Redux for the frontend development and utilize dotnet 8 API backend. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Translate Figma designs into a fully functional and responsive web application.
2. Develop the frontend using React and implement state management with Redux.
3. Ensure the application meets design specifications, including UI/UX requirements.
4. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute the development process effectively.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
6. Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
7. Document the codebase and provide clear code comments for future reference.
8. Work closely with the team to coordinate API integration when it becomes necessary.
9. Work closely with the DevOps and QA team to ensure the application deploys and runs as expected.
10. Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies in software development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing web applications using React and Redux.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with Figma or other design tools is a plus but not mandatory.

Proficient in ReactJS and its core principles such as state management, hooks, and component lifecycle

Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies

Experience with Redux or other state management libraries

Knowledge of modern front-end builds tools such as Webpack and Babel

Understanding of REST APIs and experience integrating them with a ReactJS front-end

Familiarity with Git and version control practices

Responsibilities:

Developing user-facing features using ReactJS

Building reusable UI components and libraries for future use

Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Optimizing components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems

Participating in code reviews and ensuring code quality through testing and debugging

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to ReactJS.

Required Skills:

• Proven development experience on smartphone platforms.
• Hands-on experience on React Native Framework, including React JS, React Native, and JavaScript.
• Extensive programming experience with at least one programming language such as Swift, Java, JavaScript.
• Deep familiarity with iOS or Android development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with code versioning and CI/CD tools like Git, SVM, Jenkins.
• Must have worked on at least one app that is published in AppStores.

•  6+ years of web UI development experience including 4+ years of deep, hands on experience in building robust, highly reusable and responsive web applications using HTML, CSS3, SVG, React, Redux, Thunk ecosystem
• Great problem-solving skills with solid data structures and algorithms knowledge
• Strong ability to translate the design/wireframes into reusable micro components
• Experience of leading, coaching and mentoring junior developers with good delegation and time-management skills
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles and has extensively worked with Redux, Thunk, Axios etc
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, Oauth2 etc
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• A knack for perfection, benchmarking and optimization
• Writing and maintaining batch jobs to streamline processes (Shell, Perl etc).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean software development processes and practices
• Worked with WebSocket, Push notifications etc
• Experience working with local-storage, cookies etc
• Proficient understanding of CORS issues and ways to work with such issues.
• Proficient understanding of social network APIs.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Inclined to take ownership of tasks and to ship highly polished products with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• BE/BTech in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
