Graphic Designer

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience and interface of our digital products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **User Research:** Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.

2. **Wireframing and Prototyping:** Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and interactions.

3. **UI Design:** Design visually stunning user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and intuitive to use.

4. **UX Design:** Develop user journeys, information architecture, and interaction design to optimize the overall user experience.

5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA testers to ensure design requirements are met.

6. **Feedback Integration:** Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.

7. **Brand Consistency:** Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital products and platforms.

8. **Stay Updated:** Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.

2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

3. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

4. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Preferred Qualifications:**

1. Experience working in an Agile development environment.

2. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation purposes.

3. Familiarity with motion design and animation principles.

4. Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android) as well as web applications.

• Portfolio which showcases your UI/UX knowledge as per industry standards.

• Should have a good hold in Adobe Design Suite focusing on Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Proficiency with UX design process, Lean UX methodologies will make valuable contributions
• Ability to build strong relationships with technical teams. The technical team will configure the applications in different frameworks ex. React.js, Angular etc...
• Positive, can-do attitude in the face of complication, adversity, tight deadlines and fluctuating workload.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Minimum 2 years of IT experience in professional enterprise application user interface designs.
• Should have experience designing responsive user interface for desktops, tablets and mobiles web-based enterprise applications.
• Must have experience in design solutions by understanding the client’s requirements.
• Must have experience in designing user-centric, easy to use, simple, intuitive, consistent user interface for applications.
• Experience of building user-centric design in an agile environment with proven experience in rapid, iterative low and high fidelity prototyping/wireframing.
• Excellent communication skills in English language is a must. 
• Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoys challenging assignments in a high energy, fast growing and start-up workplace.

The position will be of a graphic artist for our startup, active to the latest trend's regarding his/her field, should be familiar with various graphic designing standard's & requirements for the current market

Responsibilities and Duties

• Should be able to individually addressed designing of website, web banners, Facebook posts, digital advertisements, interactive page layouts, site grids, and interface demos, photo reducing, and enhancements, animated GIFs, and other such designing such objectives.

• Should be able to create interactive designs and develop fresh concepts that meet expectations of the brief objectives, define brand standards.

• Should have the ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail.

• Prepare work to be done accomplished by gathering information and material.

• Illustrate the concept by submitting a rough layout for approval.

• Should be a positive contributor to the team environment and must have effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Should have a passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people.

• Proven graphic designing experience

• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
