We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects which involve deep integrations of various systems. This TPM should be able to identify the complete requirements of all involved stakeholders and identify the technical solution with a clear breakdown of tasks required for successful completion of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Create clear requirement documents for both new projects and changes on existing technical projects
• Identify business risks and points of failure in ongoing projects
• Plan and manage releases with all the system providers
• Troubleshoot any system failures on current projects

Requirements:

• Candidate must be from IIT.
• Candidate must have knowledge on Agile and Scrum.
• 4+ Years of total experience with atleast 2+ years in project management
• Understanding of data pipelines.
• Prior experience or knowledge on IT/Telephony Systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask - excellent planning and time management skills
• Excellent leadership abilities.

Strong Computer Networks & Operating Systems Profile

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Computer Networks and OS

Mandatory (Skills 1): Must be Proficient in Linux/Unix commands and practical coding knowledge

Mandatory (Skills 2): Must have strong Knowledge of Operating System and Network fundamentals like SI & TCP/IP models, Protocols(TCP, UDP, IP), Firewalls, VPNs, encryption (SSL/TLS), Process scheduling, multitasking, memory management etc

• Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support 
• Ability to develop large scale web/database applications

• Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces 
• Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, .Net Core, ASP.NET, ADO.NET

Desired Candidate Profile

• BTech from any technical stream (CS/IT preferable)
• Score of greater than 75% in BTech, 12th and 10th
• 0-2 yrs of experience
• Knowledge of frameworks and HTML, CSS, and JS would be handy
• Knowledge of Technology- PHP/Java/C/C++/My SQL/Python
• Prior experience in handling big or individual projects would be a plus

Job Description:

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of SD
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

Good to have

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
• Minimum of 8 years designing and configuring SD modules.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a 'can-do" attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
