Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 1–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience in accounting outsourcing, bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, or finance outsourcing services.
• Experience selling to international markets, particularly Australia, the UK, or the US.
• Understanding of Australian accounting and compliance processes, including BAS, GST, payroll, superannuation, year-end accounting, and tax lodgements.
• Experience in accounting outsourcing firms, KPOs, or similar service-based organizations is preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage sales pipelines, negotiate, and close B2B deals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools such as Freshsales, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant B2B sales/business development experience in accounting outsourcing.
• Hands-on experience selling accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, or finance outsourcing services.
• Domestic voice process experience alone will not be considered relevant.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable working in Australian shifts starting at 5:00 AM onwards.

About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic, and enterprising Accounts Intern / Accounts Executive to manage and support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the company. This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with relevant experience who are keen to grow in the field of accounting, taxation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain day-to-day business transactions including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and purchase orders
• Maintain and update bank accounts by posting daily transactions and performing reconciliations
• Maintain proper accounting records, documents, and statutory files
• Track, record, and review monthly expenses and maintain expense reports
• Prepare monthly GST data and assist in timely filings
• Preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual TDS and Income Tax returns
• Generate invoices and challans using company accounting software on a day-to-day basis
• Update accounts payable and perform vendor and ledger reconciliations
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly MIS / financial reports
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and auditors as required
• Support other accounting and finance-related activities assigned by management

Eligibility & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com (Completed or Pursuing)
• Freshers can apply; candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the Accounts Executive role
• Basic to working knowledge of accounting principles

Maintain accurate books of accounts (ledger, journal entries, vouchers)

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

Prepare and file tax returns in coordination with CA

Assist in audits and provide required financial data

Monitor expenses and support budgeting activities

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
