The Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our team at 21 Knots. Someone with backend development with a working knowledge of frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of backend frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask, and familiarity with frontend tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and optionally React, Angular, or Vue. You will play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable software solutions while collaborating with a team

Responsibilities

• Develop,test, and maintain backend services using Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for web and internal tools.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Optimize application performance and implement backend security best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Support basic frontend development tasks using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Work with modern frontend frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue (good to have).

What You’ll Need

Experience:

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
• Exposure to full-stack development environments.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud integration is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Tools & Software Proficiency:

• Proficiency in Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Exposure to Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS for responsive UI design.
• Good to have: experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Understanding of RESTful architecture and secure coding practices.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive strategies to improve onboarding metrics
• Develop & execute events for startups. Help them connect and network
• Evaluate & filter potential startups and get them onboarded to the PedalStart Community
• Analyse startups' needs and offer solutions and guidance to help in their growth and chase critical metrics
• Monitor and analyse the performance of all campaigns, assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) & return on investment (ROI)
• Work on multiple ongoing projects, ensuring efficient multitasking and successful execution

Desired Skill Set

• Basic Experience- Prior experience in Sales/Account Management (06 months - 2 years)
• Love for Startups - Basic understanding of startup ecosystem and how they function

Job Description:

• Understand business model and create project roadmap. Break down the big requirements into smaller chunks and prioritize as per the business outcome
• Actively work with product and technology team in a seamless manner
• Coordinate with the User Experience team to design the final intuitive UI and define the overall tech solution along with the IT team
• Leading project planning sessions
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Create User Journey as per Business expectations along with well-defined user cases, wire frames and workflow diagram
• Own the overall product and feature development projects

• Analyse user data & develop innovative growth hacks to drive user growth and engagement via all channels

Requirement / Desired Skills:

• Proven ability to lead, collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage interactions across Project life Cycle
• Hands on experience in creating user stories, user journey wire frames and workflow and defining acceptance criteria and success matrix
• Strong product design skills from both a technical API integration and user interface design perspective
• Excellent Project Management skills and experience working in Agile fashion
• Excellent communication skills to handle both executive-level discussions as well as functional/technical deep dives
• Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills over performance matrices such as engagement, retention, conversion funnel, etc.

• Experience in a fin-tech domain is a plus.

IndiaMART is offering an exciting Work from Home opportunity for Returning to Work Mothers/Females.

We are hiring #part-time #associate having #remote location who will assist IndiaMART’s buyers over call. You will be required to verify information from the buyer and update the same on the portal.

It is a #non-sales process but a #voice based calling process. You are expected to work a minimum of 4hrs a day.

All you need is good verbal #communication skills, laptop/desktop and broadband internet connection and above all, zeal to work.

Proven experience on PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Javascript, HTML,Jquery and Ajax

Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular2 and NodeJS

Proficiency in SQL scripting and MySQL 5.x

Experience in API integration, Localstorage, geolocation etc.

Knowledge of Cloud Environment like AWS/EC2, VPC etc.

Experience with version control GIT, BitBucket, SVN, etc.

Must have worked on Agile Methodology

Strong knowledge of OOPS, design patterns and Data structure

Should have strong knowledge of front end and back end optimization techniques
