The person must be an expert in marketing both online and offline. Should be well versed with digital marketing, specially social media (Facebook, twitter, youtube etc.) and traditional marketing and PR. Need an innovative person, with fresh ideas and knowledge of latest marketing trends, with strong verbal & written English communication and Creative writing skills. As a Marketing and Human Resource Head, you'll be expected to design strategies, such that more students can take our courses, and also work on expanding our tutorial department.

Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas. Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn. Develop a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
