Job Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets for company products.
- Develop business by interacting with customers at corporate and site levels.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations at customer sites for promotion and technical discussions.
- Handle technical and commercial aspects of customer inquiries.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and quality issues.
- Formulate and execute short-term and long-term marketing goals.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing and field activities.
- Willingness to travel frequently and relocate within India as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience in Power / Steel / Cement / Mining industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Must have working experience or strong understanding of the Power industry.
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Skills:
- Strong communication in English and Hindi (knowledge of Tamil/Telugu preferred).
- Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and handling clients independently.
- Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
