The project Manager will own the facilitation of Wolken project efforts and be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships. This role will oversee all project functions including but not limited to kickoff meetings, requirements gathering, design reviews, integration support, solution documentation, after-action reviews, and training. For each project, the Project Manager will indirectly oversee a team of one or more engineers supporting the integration of the client’s data with Wolken software, while maintaining accountability to SoW requirements.

What you'll do:

• Maintain resourcing requirements and understand resource availability & allocation
• Manage timesheets related to projects
• Maintain project budget, timeline, quality, and compliance with Wolken project management standards
• Develop detailed project plans that indicate key milestones and activities
• Maintain the scope of a project and identify tasks that are out of scope based on the project statement of work (SoW)
• Escalate issues that may result in negative financial or customer relationship impact
• Ensure supporting project documentation is submitted promptly
• Manage service engagements including interactions with the customer project team, technical analysts, and client stakeholders
• Host weekly project stakeholder meetings and drive initiatives to meet project goals
• Manage the delivery of project reporting for stakeholders to include burndown, RAG, and weekly status reports
• Contribute to the continuous review and build-out of project delivery standards and processes
• Define and develop metrics to measure key indicators including value, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Ensure customer expectations are met as identified in the statement of work

• 2+ years of experience in delivering customer-facing projects
• 2+ years of experience with task tracking or project management tools such as Asana or Jira
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, budgeting, interpersonal, and organization skills required

Strong understanding of web fundamentals

Deeply technical with a track record of successful delivery.

Manage daily/weekly scrums.

Lead technical strategy and implementation for various team initiatives with an alignment with project / client expectations

Proven record of building project from scratch.

Position description:

3+ years’ experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with stake holders to plan, allocate and assign development tasks for multiple development teams
• Work with identified development teams to accurately estimate development effort and dependencies to inform the prioritization of the product backlog
• Take direct Project Management responsibility for the delivery of products
• Develop and maintain core project documentation, including product vision and scope, detailed business/customer requirements
• Create and work with delivery teams to prioritize product development project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Take ownership to thoroughly test and delivered to the highest quality

Required Skills:

Mandatory: Passionate about sports, Problem solving, Team player, Target & Result oriented.

Functional: Project management in the information technology sector, manage projects using modern web and app technologies, JIRA, Agile, experience in building digital fan experiences, understanding of analytics and dashboards.

• Demonstrates strong proficiency across the Auto Industry value chain and related best practices. Possess expertise in one or more Functional areas Sales & Aftersales, Logistics, Dealer Management, etc.
• Conversant with more visual, more design-thinking based, and more agile lightweight approaches such as customer personas, customer journeys, service blueprints, story maps, etc
• Experience in agile methodology performing the role of product owner and have worked on at least 1 agile tool (eg. JIRA)
• Conversant with Spoken and Written German and English
• Global exposure to a multi-cultural organization structure                                           

Educational Qualifications:

• B.E./B. Tech/M. Tech. – Mechanical, Instrumentation, Industrial, Communication, Electronics, Comp. Science etc.
• PGDM/MBA – Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, etc.
• Any relevant certification will be an added advantage – Six Sigma, APICS, SCOR, PMP, etc.

• Project Management Experience in managing teams of sizes 10-12 people in multiple domains. Managed international projects in mobile and web.
•     Knowledge of UI / UX process
•     Knowledge of Cloud Deployments - AWS, Azure, Docker
•     Knowledge on creating SRS / Scope Documents, Functional specification, technical architecture and project estimations.
•     Knowledge on Mobile Technologies (IOS/Android/Hybrid/Shell apps)
•     Hands on experience on working with SOAP and REST web services (XML/JSON)
