Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager – Mutual Fund Sales

to acquire, manage, and grow relationships with retail and HNI clients. The role involves

promoting mutual fund products, achieving sales targets, and delivering superior customer

service while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Roles And Responsibility -

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development

● Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital

leads.

● Promote and sell mutual fund schemes based on client risk profiles and financial

goals.

● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Relationship Management

● Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and HNI clients.

● Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable investment strategies.

● Address client queries, concerns, and service requests promptly.

3. Advisory & Financial Planning

● Understand client financial needs (retirement, tax planning, wealth creation, etc.).

● Recommend appropriate mutual fund products (Equity, Debt, Hybrid, SIPs, ELSS,

etc.).

● Educate clients on market trends and investment opportunities.

Role Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Peoplesoft lead to join a small dynamic team to build websites for internal and external customers. Creativity and speed of delivery are essential to our success and so candidates must be comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• 6+ years in PeopleSoft technical
• Should have worked in offshore development and good understanding of offshore delivery Model
• Should have the ability to work on individual assignments with minimal information and guidance from onsite coordinator and offshore lead
• Should have experience in Impact Analysis, troubleshoot code and debugging of PeopleSoft Technologies
• Should have worked on all phases of development, testing, production support, etc.
• Should have experience in Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
• Should have good communication skills - verbal & written
• Should manage scope and project expectations effectively on individual assignments

Educational Qualification

BE/BTech CSE/IT. Master’s Degree is a plus
