Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller & Lead Qualifier who will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, consistency in calling, and the ability to handle a high volume of leads efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to potential leads
• Qualify customer interest and schedule 8–12 appointments per day
• Follow up with 20–30 warm leads daily
• Maintain accurate daily call logs in Excel or CRM
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales (B2B preferred)
• Fluent in Gujarati , Hindi & Basic English
• Clear voice and confident telephone communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM tools
• Age between 20–30 years

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Incentive: ₹100 per qualified appointment that converts into a sale

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager to drive retail insurance sales through client acquisition and agent management. The role involves recruiting and supporting agents, achieving monthly sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and meet GWP/sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage agents for business growth.
• Provide accurate quotations and ensure policy completion.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure compliance.
