eAirweb Technologies is hiring a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us grow our custom service-based software development business. We specialize in delivering tailored web and mobile applications to clients globally. This is a remote-first position, with occasional in-person meetings at our office if required.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
• Understand client needs and offer suitable service-based solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, project scope, and pricing with assistance from the technical team
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial contact to deal closure
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handovers
• Track leads, conversations, and performance metrics using CRM tools

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in business development, IT sales, or client handling (preferably in custom software services)
• Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.
• Good understanding of project-based software services and development workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

🌟 Preferred Skills

• Experience with international clients (US, UK, Middle East)
• Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive
• Basic knowledge of technologies like Laravel, VueJS, or Flutter (non-technical level)

• Acquiring new clients by pitching the company’s products/services via phone calls as well as in-person meeting.
• Demonstrating and presenting the company’s product (SAAS) to the clients.
• Following up on the generated leads to convert them into potential business for the company.
• Updating and maintaining data on a real-time basis for sales pipeline on CRM.

What you need to have:
