Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sitecore Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Sitecore version 9.0 and above. As a Sitecore Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using Sitecore CMS. You will work closely with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure the smooth operation of Sitecore-based websites and applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to clients using Sitecore CMS, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance, to resolve complex technical issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
3. Conduct in-depth investigations of reported issues, analyzing logs, reviewing code, and utilizing debugging tools to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
4. Communicate effectively with clients to understand and document their technical issues, providing timely updates and resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Document troubleshooting steps, known issues, and resolutions in the knowledge base to enhance the support team's efficiency and effectiveness.
