All-rounder Personal Assistant — home-daily, Hyderabad (Tellapur/Westend)

• Business: inbox triage and replies, calendar management, meeting follow-ups, vendor coordination, online research, drafting messages and documents using AI tools, expense tracking and filing.
• All-rounder: guest handling, event and festival prep, returns and repairs, pet/vet coordination, and any day-to-day task that comes up at home.
• Home & errands: groceries and household shopping, bill payments, coordinating maintenance vendors (electrician, plumber, cleaning), accepting/managing deliveries, driver and car coordination, travel and hotel bookings, bank and document runs.
• Kids & school: school communication and follow-ups (fees, transport, notices), scheduling tuitions/activities, homework supervision support, doctor and dentist appointments, playdates and birthday planning. Day-to-day coordination only — full-time childcare stays with the nanny.

Requirements: English plus Telugu/Hindi, smartphone, comfortable with AI tools

Location: Westend, Hyderabad (Tellapur area) — 5 days/week on-site

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (US ET)

Experience: 3–5 years

Willing and able to work 7 PM–3 AM IST, on-site, 5 days a week

About the role

We're a USA-based company looking for one full-stack developer to join us offshore start up on-site. You'll own features end to end — from debugging a production issue in the evening to shipping a new page overnight. This is a hands-on coding role and support role. 

What you'll do

Build and maintain full-stack web applications (front-end + back-end + database)

Debug and fix live website issues — HTML/CSS/JS, APIs, and server-side code

Work with CMS-driven websites; Sitecore experience is a strong plus

Use AI coding tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to move faster — while owning the quality of what ships

Collaborate directly with the founder/lead — no layers, your work is visible

What we're looking for

3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience

Strong fundamentals: you can read, write, and debug real code without leaning on AI for everything

Solid with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and SQL

Experience with C# / ASP.NET (Core or MVC)

Comfortable debugging websites in production: browser dev tools, logs, network traces

Plus: Sitecore CMS experience; any other CMS (Umbraco, WordPress, Contentful) also counts

Plus: daily user of Claude, Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants

Compensation

₹6 LPA, based on experience
