Job Description

Wittypen is looking for a SEO Manager to join our team in Pune. With 3+ years of SEO experience, you'll work directly with clients to strategize and execute SEO plans that deliver results. This is a client facing role and a fantastic opportunity to shape the SEO strategies of diverse businesses while advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored SEO strategies.
• Conduct extensive keyword research to guide content planning and uncover new growth opportunities for clients.
• Provide recommendations to clients and oversee the implementation of technical SEO improvements.
• Develop good rapport with clients and keep them updated in regard to the developments and effects of SEO activities on their websites.
• Continuously refine keyword strategies based on performance data and trends.
• Perform SEO audits to identify technical issues and opportunities for optimization.
• Accurate documentation of all conducted audits so that they can properly assist in determining the existing problems as well as suggest possible solutions.
• Measure performance of an SEO campaign as well as generate a report detailing the optimization steps taken to ensure ROI.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong grasp of SEO strategy, keyword research, and technical SEO as well as content SEO.

• SEO Strategy Development/Execution
• Expertise in Keyword Research
• Knowledge of tools like SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush
• Analytical/reporting skills & knowledge of Google search console, Google analytics
• Experience with both on-page and off-page SEO techniques
• Experience in conducting SEO audits
• Technical SEO Knowledge
• Content SEO knowledge & optimization skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent planning skills according to client strategies & ability to understand their needs

We're essentially looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, the CTC for this role is up to INR 8 LPA based on experience and skillsets.

This is a full-time position and you can choose any 8 hours to work between 10am-8pm (40hrs/week, Monday to Friday). Please note that this is not a remote position and you will be expected to work in-office, in Baner, Pune. We will also pay for necessary equipment, if needed.

We are currently looking for a Senior SEO and PPC Marketing Expert who will work with a team of developers, Product Owner, and Managers. You shall be responsible for conceiving and conducting the user research to translate them into actionable best SEO practices, activities and paid campaigns. You will also design the overall accessibility and 'findability' of the mobile application and web-platform, as well as other associated websites.  

• Gather the user requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner and Manager.
• Prepare and present the rough drafts to internal teams.
• Assist in translating best practices that lead to targeted organic user experiences.
• Helping to facilitate the product owners' product visions by researching, conceiving and implementing best SEO + PPC practices to achieve the targest.
• Help identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Work with the team to create a strategic design and SEO decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and leads on all phases of the product development life cycle
• Incorporate best practices for accessibility, usability, web performance, and design into our products and ultimately champion more consistent and delightful user experience.
• Work with front-end developers and designers in all aspects of UX development.
• Perform research, evaluations, and validations of moderate complexity.
• Provide solutions using appropriate research methodology, tools, and protocols considering a user-centered approach.
• Perform usability/heuristic evaluations and validations across the product or solution life-cycle.

            Minimum Eligibility:

• Minimum 3 -4 years of experience in SEO and PPC
• Ability to effective communications and collaboration with other designers and product owners/managers to ensure the best possible ways of UX experience.
• Creative and Artistic nature.
• Knowledge of PPC and automation platforms would be ideal
• Experience in taking input from multiple sources and synthesizing it into coherent design ideas.
