Roles and responsibilities:

• Planning Web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Designing, building, and maintaining social media presence.
• Marketing the Company's software products via emails, blogs, newsletters and social media.
• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Creating content for Company's Software products and services.
• Creating content for online marketing: website, blog, social media, advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our online media presence and build a constant pipeline of enquiries from potential clients
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Cont.
• Own the look and feel of the website and take steps to keep communication consistent across media
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field
• 2-4 years’ industry experience as an effective technical writer
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
• Extensive experience in SEO.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Experience with coding techniques.
• Thorough understanding of web design and site structures.
• Good knowledge of back link analysis.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We strongly believe that eventually, every company has to become a tech company. As our website is the face of our company, we must have a strong, organically top-rank website on google to survive & grow in the long term. Since SEO plays an integral part in this, we have decided to invest more time & resources into it. We are looking for an SEO Specialist to be a part of our growth story and we like your profile for it.

You'll be working as the SEO Team Lead, with the assistance of our 6 members tech team, 4 members content team, 1 junior SEO Analyst. You will be directly reporting to our Chief Growth Officer who's got more than 11yrs experience with SEO.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- 3yrs+ experience in SEO (preferably in consumer tech, e-commerce, banking, financial services or education segments)

- expertise in Google Analytics/SEMrush/similar web analytics platform

- well-versed with Google Algorithm updates

- Very high attention to detail, obsessed with the details & spotting opportunities to optimize

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) & interpersonal skills and a very high sense of ownership and integrity
