We are hiring an L1 IT Support Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in desktop/helpdesk support to provide first-level technical assistance across end-user systems, cloud, and enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows OS and Office 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Manage Active Directory tasks: password resets, access/user management
- Install/configure laptops, desktops, printers, and software
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
- Support AWS CloudWatch alerts and basic Linux troubleshooting
- Handle patching, RCA, documentation, and SOP updates
- Manage tickets in ServiceNow/Jira and meet SLA timelines
- Support onboarding/offboarding and escalate complex issues to L2
Required Skills
- 2–3 years in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support
- Strong in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory
- Basic exposure to AWS / CloudWatch and Linux/Unix
- Familiarity with ServiceNow/Jira, ITIL/SLA processes
- Knowledge of SIP/VoIP basics is a plus
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Job Title - Sr. Administrator, IT Infrastructure Storage
Job Duties -
- Administer IT storage recovery and backup systems. Perform complex provisioning, advanced maintenance, data replication, disaster recovery, data migration, and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing maintenance, utilization, availability, and security of storage infrastructure.
- Perform IT implementations, performance analysis and optimization, monitoring, problem resolution, upgrade planning and execution, and process creation and documentation.
- Analyze and work to improve the quality of services offered by IT. Participate in ongoing technology evaluations to keep up with technology trends and industry standards.
- Be able to script in Perl or Python and perform capacity planning and growth projections.
- Resolve complex IT issues as pertain to the environment and keep abreast on storage & backup technology.
- Experience working with ISILON Storage is a must-have skill.
- Good to have experience in ransomware, anomaly detection, airgap and vaulting technologies.
Education and Experience Requirements -
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field plus 5 years of post-
baccalaureate progressive experience in IT storage environments.
Skills Requirements- Experience must include:
- Expertise in Linux and Windows – Good to have Cloud knowledge
- Utilizing OS-enabled tools for data copy like rsync, robocopy and other tools
- Setting up NFS, SMB, snapshots, replication, SnapMirror, and SyncIQ
- Experience in NAS storage technologies like Netapp, Power scale, Isilon, Qumulo and Weka
- Dell EMC Insight IQ, DataIQ and ESRS, Netapp tools (OCUM/AIUM)
- Rubrik, Cohesity, Veeam and other comparable backup technologies
- Good to have Monitoring and Alerting like Prometheus, SolarWinds, telegraph and Grafana
• Provides remote planning (design), implementation and/or administrative support on Dell server and storage products involving software. • Performs initial installation, implementation, customization, integration and outline orientation for the customer. • Works closely with other Dell teams, account team and Customer.
Essential Skill Requirements: • Understanding of compute environment eco system • Dell PowerEdge Servers & modular server – planning, implementation and/or administrative • Dell Power Vault – MD / ME4 series storage planning, implementation and/or administrative • Dell Storage – NX, SC Series storage planning, implementation • Experience with basic network switch technologies (Ethernet, Fibre Channel) IP networking and L2 switches. • Operating system installation and configuration: o Windows Server (inclusive of Hyper-V clustering) o VMWare ESXi and virtualization o Red hat Linux • Possesses file, P2V and/or V2V migration experience will have an added advantage.
