Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled Network Security L3 Engineer with 5+ Years of hands-on experience in managing and securing enterprise infrastructure.
The role involves working with firewalls, IDS/IPS, proxies, WAF, and email gateways across technologies like - Palo Alto, Juniper SRX, Fortigate, McAfee, Zscaler, Akamai, and Cisco Ironport.
Mandatory Skills : Palo Alto, Juniper SRX, Fortigate, McAfee IDS/IPS, Zscaler/McAfee Proxy, Akamai WAF, Cisco Ironport, incident response, network security protocols, and AlgoSec.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure, manage & troubleshoot firewalls (Palo Alto, Juniper, Fortigate).
- Monitor IDS/IPS (McAfee), handle threat alerts & incident response.
- Manage proxy solutions (Zscaler/McAfee) & email gateways (Cisco Ironport).
- Administer Akamai WAF and ensure web app protection.
- Support DDoS protection (Arbor), DNS security (Umbrella), and NAC (Cisco ISE).
- Lead escalations, support audits, and mentor junior engineers.
Must-Have Skills :
- Strong expertise in network security tools & protocols.
- Experience with AlgoSec, FireEye, Cisco ASA/Firepower.
- Solid understanding of security policies and compliance.
Preferred Certifications :
- PCNSA/PCNSE (Palo Alto)
- JNCIA/JNCIP (Juniper)
- ZIA-A/ZIA-P (Zscaler)
- CISSP or equivalent (preferred)
· Self-driven individuals with 4 to 7 years of relevant information security experience.
· Should have adequate experience in dealing with disparate teams.
· Previous experience on medium and large platforms, with multiples technologies/vendor.
· Worked under high pressure situations (priority incidents/urgent delivery)
Essential Requirements:
· Hands on experience on NGFW such Cisco, Juniper, CheckPoint, F5/ASM
· Hands on experience on IDS/IPS management, Web Proxy, Application Firewalls; Load Balancers.
· Hands on vulnerability scanning experience.
· Hands on NAC management , Cisco ISE, RSA SecureID experience.
· Knowledge of Information security standards, policies, controls and structures prevalent in the industry.
· Strong technical understanding of network fundamentals(Routing, Switching) and common Internet protocols( HTTP, SNMP, TLS, DNS etc.)
· Experience in regular operational/health check of platforms and applications.
· Experience in writing Operational documents such as system operating guides.
Desirable Requirements:
· Previous working experiences with managing SIEM platform.
· Previous experience in security monitoring and incident response.
· Sound understanding of IT Service Management disciplines in line with IT industry standards and best practices, e.g. ITIL

- Preparing Scope of Work and Project Plans for the Solution.
- Preparing High Level & Low Level designs as per proposed Solution.
- Design and Implementation of Routing and Switching technologies.
- Design and implementation of Data Centers on SDN technologies e.g. Cisco ACI, VMware NSX.
- Campus LAN and Wireless design, Implementation and Troubleshooting.
- Design and implementation of software defined campus network e.g. Cisco DNA, SD-Access
- Design, Implementation of WAN, and SDWAN Technologies.
- Hands on experience on WAN optimization technologies.
- Troubleshooting and repairing network issues, as well as developing, applying
- Hands on experience on WAN optimization technologies.
- Troubleshooting and repairing network issues, as well as developing, applying and enforcing best practices and policies
- Monitoring and performing routine tests on an assigned system and reporting results.
