Qualifications & Experience: -
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent degree and experience).
- 2+ years providing customer-facing technical support (ITOM applications).
- Good Communication Skills.
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Ability to comprehend, modify server-side object-oriented JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and PowerShell.
- Ability in server administration across OS platforms (Windows/Unix). Including understanding of user permission levels, domain configuration, group policy objects and execution of SUDO Policies.

IT Operations Management:
Oversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, service desk, data center,
and network management.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT services and

excellence.

Presales Support for Managed Services:

Participate in client meetings to present operational capabilities, service
models, and SLAs.
Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation for

Provide technical insights and feasibility assessments for client requirements.
Customer Infrastructure Transition:
Lead the transition and onboarding of customer IT environments into our
Managed Services framework.
Define and execute transition plans including discovery, documentation,
handover, and stabilization.
Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth
migration of services and minimal disruption.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies during the transition phase.
Vendor and Compliance Management:
Manage third-party service providers and ensure SLA compliance.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, security practices, and regulatory
requirements.
Participate in IT budgeting, procurement, and capacity planning.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its core applications.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI customization, and workflows.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, such as ServiceNow Studio, ServiceNow Developer Studio, and ServiceNow Workflow Editor,
- Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) and web service integrations
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, IT service management (ITSM) concepts, and IT operations.
