Responsibilities
- Create & Deliver motion graphics for a variety of media like Websites, and mobile devices among others.
- Working with the Video design Lead to understanding the storyboard in creating exceptional motion graphic videos.
- Assist the Video design team in creating the animation styles.
- keep up with the latest motion design trends & brainstorm to create new design ideas for videos.
- Edit raw video footage, Colour correct, and add effects & Transitions to create innovative video deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Start a fire! Well, not literally, but with your words. Keep up with the dynamic social media conversation trends and be a part of it with your engaging content.
- Research and understand a brand’s identity and language, and communicate in it.
- Churn out a well-written creative copy, learn how to optimize it to the fullest, and attract web traffic to your platforms.
- Craft direct response mailers that evoke so much emotion, the reader can’t help but click on the link.
- Convert ‘mind-blowing’ campaigns into understandable communication for internet-age consumers.
Requirements:
Excellent writing and communication skills enjoy the virtual interaction and are computer Savvy. Can handle hard deadlines, quick execution, and can work independently.
In addition, you will have to:
- Keep pace with new internet marketing trends
- Be analytical and creative
- Understand the brand’s consumers and speak/write their language
- Possess an undying love for a well-written copy and be particular about your choice and usage of words
- Most importantly: honestly believe that Content is King!
Optional
Previous experience in internet marketing and understanding of SEOs will be valued.
We are looking for a person with a ‘can be done, proactive attitude. Love for poetry and creative writing is an add-on.
You’ll be exposed to a buffet of learning opportunities and resources, you must be hungry to learn and be driven to do so autonomously. We have learning days, an unlimited book budget, a conference/training budget, etc.

- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
