Working with the leadership team, you will bring our growth strategy to life, conceiving, managing, analyzing and optimizing our campaigns to drive customer growth in line with our strategic and financial goals. What you will do Growth Driver: You will take charge of set growth goals for the company and see them through the planning, budgeting, execution, evaluation and corrective action. These will include long term customer acquisition as well as retention plans. You will track periodic(daily/weekly/monthly) targets for growth plans and work with the leadership team to optimize marketing plans continually. Performance Marketer: You will own the SEO strategy and performance, working with individual teams to resolve any issues in execution. Research Drive: Through primary and secondary research, you will keep identifying new and existing opportunities to enable growth in our primary and secondary customer segments, and develop action plans for the same. Experimenter: You will create experimentation roadmaps and execute rigorous A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness Stakeholder Communication: You will interact with our board of directors and communicate across our growth strategy on a monthly basis. Creative Execution: Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new and more efficient ways to reach customers and increase relevance for our product What we’re looking for?
