Hiring: Full-Time Project Manager

Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane

Timing: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Manager who can drive our design, marketing, and tech projects with passion and precision. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple teams, ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain high standards of execution and quality.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee a variety of projects focused on design, marketing campaigns, branding, websites, and tech development.

Plan project timelines, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.

Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams (designers, developers, marketers, social media managers).

Coordinate team efforts to maintain high standards of quality, creativity, and performance.

Identify project risks, suggest solutions, and proactively manage any roadblocks.

Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular status updates to management.

Ensure that all projects stay within budget, timeline, and defined scope.

Ideal Candidate:

1–2 years of project management experience (preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment).

Hands-on experience managing design, marketing, and tech projects.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies, branding processes, UI/UX design, and website development.

Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, ClickUp, or Notion is a plus.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to maintain a positive approach under pressure.

Job Profile: SEO Specialist

Overview:

The SEO specialist is responsible for driving organic and overall traffic and improving search engine

visibility for the brand. The role requires deep expertise in search engine optimisation, a data-driven

approach, and the ability to execute a comprehensive SEO strategy across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with the brand's marketing and

business objectives

Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform content creation and optimisation efforts

Optimise website structure, content, and metadata to improve search engine visibility and drive

organic traffic

Monitor and analyse search engine rankings, traffic patterns, and conversion data to inform and refine

SEO efforts

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into SEO strategies

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, content writers, and designers to ensure all digital assets

are optimised for search engines

Communicate the value of SEO to internal stakeholders and educate them on best practices

Measure and report on the success of SEO initiatives and use data to inform future optimisation

efforts

Organic and overall traffic growth

Search engine rankings for target keywords

Bounce rate and time on site metrics

Conversion rate and lead generation metrics

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field

3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success

Deep expertise in search engine optimisation, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, link

building, and analytics

Experience with website architecture and development and the ability to collaborate with developers

and designers to implement SEO recommendations

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform and refine SEO strategies

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Marketing - Hiring

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to educate and communicate the

value of SEO to internal stakeholders

• Build and continuously mentor a talented product engineering team comprising of functional specialists and IT managers
• Actively advise on the optimum technology architecture, framework and supported IT infrastructure to ensure a balance between budgeted costs & building engineering capabilities

• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Design test cases based on the use cases and considering various quality aspects.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Perform in-depth and thorough testing of the owned features/areas.
• Maintain the test cases and test results in test management system.
• Maintain the defects in defect Management system.
• Plan and realise the test environment, platforms, test cycles and regression cycles based on the strategy and quality evaluation at different stages of the product.
• Keep updated on the latest testing and domain technologies, test coverage methodologies and quality metrics.
• Develop skills on automation and testing tools.
• Should guide junior members in performing their activities effectively and help them develop technical skills.

• BE/B-Tech/BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in QA.
• Proven working experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting is big plus
