Partner with engineering and business teams to deliver sustainable cloud savings.

Develop dashboards, reporting, and executive insights on cloud spend and optimization opportunities.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester with expertise in Vulnerability Testing to ensure the security, functionality, and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in penetration testing, security testing methodologies, automation, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and security test plans for applications and APIs.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on web, mobile, and cloud-based applications.
• Identify security loopholes, conduct risk analysis, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with development and DevOps teams to ensure secure coding practices.
• Automate security testing and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines.
• Test applications for OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, SSRF, etc.
• Utilize security tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Metasploit, Kali Linux, Nessus, etc.
• Conduct API security testing and validate authentication & authorization mechanisms.
• Document security vulnerabilities and collaborate with teams for remediation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on Security & Vulnerability Testing.
• Strong knowledge of penetration testing tools and security frameworks.
• Experience with automated security testing in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Proficiency in manual and automated security testing of web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or JavaScript for automation.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, SAML, etc.).
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS).
• Certifications like CEH, OSCP, CISSP, or Security+ are an added advantage.

🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on HR Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage payroll, statutory compliance, MIS, and day-to-day HR operations end-to-end.

This role is strictly focused on HR Operations and does not involve Talent Acquisition or hiring. You will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for employees, managers, and stakeholders for all payroll, compliance, and HR Ops-related matters, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong process discipline.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end payroll processing, including monthly payroll, variable pay, deductions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements
• Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, and related audits and filings
• Manage salary appraisals, revisions, increments, and compensation changes in coordination with leadership
• Own and maintain the HR tech stack, especially Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Sign, and HR workflows
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports (monthly payroll MIS, headcount reports, attendance, attrition, compliance status, etc.)
• Ensure accurate HR documentation, records, employee data, and audit-ready reports
• Coordinate closely with Finance, external vendors, and compliance partners
• Act as the primary HR Ops SPOC for employees and managers
• Handle day-to-day employee queries related to payroll, policies, leaves, attendance, benefits, and documentation
• Support onboarding and exit formalities from an operations, payroll, and compliance perspective
• Ensure process adherence, timelines, data accuracy, and operational hygiene across HR Ops

• 3–6 years of core HR Operations experience, with strong focus on Payroll & Compliance
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliances
• Proven working knowledge of Zoho HR systems (People, Payroll, workflows)
• Strong experience in MIS preparation, reporting, and documentation
• Experience managing appraisals, salary changes, and employee lifecycle operations

Job Summary

Cloud Production Support Engineer(PSE) is responsible for fulfilling the day-to-day infrastructure and service requests from the application teams across AWS, CI/CD solutions and observability tools. You will be expected to handle production issues in collaboration with the cloud Infrastructure and application teams.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Troubleshoot production Issues: When technical issues with the cloud infrastructure components arise, PSE must act quickly to analyse the available data and find the root cause of the problem. They may then develop a solution or escalate the problem to other engineering team members while providing stakeholders with progress updates.
• Infrastructure provisioning and modification: Application teams may request to create new infrastructure or modify the existing ones in AWS based on their requirements via the ticketing tool. PSE should ensure that the required data/info is available on the ticket and provide a resolution based on the given SLA.
• Alert Management: Alerts from the observability tools will be received on multiple channels according to the notification settings. PSEs are expected to acknowledge the alerts, troubleshoot the issue, close the alert based on the given SLA, or escalate to the cloud infra/DevOps team for further diagnosis.
• Onboarding, Off-boarding and access management: Whenever an employee joins or leaves the organization, you will receive an onboarding or offboarding request.
• Prepare Technical Documentation: PSEs must prepare documentation when logging product issues, as they must note all details, including their observations, diagnoses, and action steps. Other everyday tasks include weekly reports summarising production performance, upgrade release notes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Product Improvements: Since PSEs have good exposure to the product issues, they should work closely with the PMs+EMs, pass the feedback on the product, and get the improvements/fixes included in the product roadmap.
• Adherence to SLA and timelines: PSEs should always adhere to the timelines shared with other teams for closure of fixes and deliver outcomes as per the SLA guidance agreed with business teams
• Reporting: Report & track weekly regarding SLA metrics, tickets being worked and closed by PSEs/transferred tickets. Identify and devise how productivity can be captured at the individual level and report the same monthly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Two years or more experience in Cloud and system administration.
• Experience troubleshooting in complex environments using monitoring tools.
• Demonstrated experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with the most common AWS services.
