Who You Are:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Analyst with a focus on SaaS metrics analysis to join the HighLevel team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting and reporting key SaaS metrics, providing strategic insights, and driving decision-making processes that contribute to the sustained growth of our SaaS business.

What You Will Do:

●      Own and drive the analysis and reporting of essential SaaS metrics, including Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Churn Rate, Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), and more.

●      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, forecasts, and scenarios for strategic SaaS initiatives and projects.

●      Evaluate and recommend the financial impact of pricing strategies, subscription plans, and upselling opportunities within our SaaS offerings.

●      Analyze variances between actual SaaS performance and forecasts, offering comprehensive explanations and recommendations.

●      Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations tailored to senior leadership and stakeholders, focusing on SaaS growth and performance.

●      Monitor industry SaaS trends, competitive landscapes, and market shifts to identify potential risks and opportunities.

●      Partner with senior leadership in the development of SaaS-focused financial strategies to increase retention, drive new business and expansion and minimize contraction.

●      Conduct ROI analysis on specific teams, programs or other business business decisions.

What You Bring:

●      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is advantageous.

●      7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and reporting, with a strong focus on SaaS metrics, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven environments.

●      Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting, using tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.

●      Solid and strategic grasp of SaaS-specific metrics, business models, and subscription-based billing models.

●      Exceptional analytical skills and a proven ability to translate complex SaaS data into actionable insights.

●      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in presenting SaaS financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

●      Strong attention to detail and a history of delivering accurate and timely SaaS-focused financial analyses.

• Participate heavily in the brainstorming of UI/UX architecture and feature design
• Interface with external customers and key stakeholders to understand and document design requirements
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Product, UX, BD, and Infrastructure teams

• Must have at least 2+ years experience in front-end web development with the following tools: HTML5, CSS, Webpack, Responsive web design, ReactJS (Components, Router, Redux, Flux, Chart Libraries i.e. Google Charts), Node.js, REST APIs, and other essential features)
• Built and deployed customer-facing services and products at scale
• Developed unit and integration tests
• Solid instruction-level understanding of Object Oriented design, data structures, and software engineering principles

• You have a strong background in natural language processing, statistical modeling, and/or machine learning
• Experience with open source projects in a startup environment
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems that have thousands of microservices and manages millions of transactions per day
• Worked on products where experimentation and data science are core to the development

• Over 8 years of experience and 5+ in API/mulesoft
• Expert with API technology including (REST, JSON, XML, Web Security, API Management, Public/Private APIs)
• Strong experience with MuleSoft cloud hub/AnyPoint Platform with proven experience architecting, designing, implementing enterprise services, and platform operations.
• Should be proficient in developing enterprise standards, guidelines, best practices and policies for the Mulesoft platform and drive adoption
• Should be able to provide technical expertise in bringing-in automation across API life cycle ( code quality, migration, deployment, platform monitoring etc) using tools such as App Dynamics, puppet, chef or any similar tools
• Should be hands-on and proficient in DevOps methodologies such as CICD, test automation etc
• Should be able to evangelize and work with enterprise architects on API driven architecture, platform roadmap
• Should be very proficient in planning, stakeholder management, team mgmt. and communication at all levels
• Provides overall API technical leadership working with Business, BAs, Tech lead, Scrum Master to clarify requirements and set technical direction for the team

We are looking for a fresher or 1 year experienced WordPress/HTML/Bootstrap developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.

To be a successful WordPress/HTML/Bootstrap developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management skills. Ultimately, a top-class WordPress developer can create attractive, user-friendly websites that perfectly meet the design and functionality specifications of the client.

WordPress Developer Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Crawl the internet/intranet for issues people are facing and convert them in to stuctured data that would be consumed downstream.
• Familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from analysis to deployment.
• Comply with coding standards and technical design.
• Adapts structured coding styles for easy review, testing, and maintainability of the code.
• Integrate the developed functionality and/or component into a fully functional system.
• Ensure unit and integration level verification plans are in place and adheres to the great quality of code at all times.
• Actively participate in troubleshooting, debugging and updating current live system.
• Verify user feedback in making the system more stable and easy.
• Work closely with analysts, designers, and other peer developers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of OOPS concepts, Persistence, Threading.
• Good understanding of version control system (GIT).
• Knowledgeable in data structures and algorithms.
• A background in Engineering with sound oral and written communication skills.
• 6+ years of experience working on the server-side.
• Exposure to API designing, scalable architecture, and thorough understanding of systems.
• Great database modeling skills.
• Working knowledge of Databases, both relational (such as PostgreSQL) and in-memory database (such as Redis).
• Good understanding of web stack and how all the pieces fit together.

Node JS Developer
JD:

• In depth knowledge of Node.js (with framework, probably Sails.js or at least Express.js)

• Thorough understanding of relational databases such as MySQL or similar technologies.

• Complete knowledge on MongoDB database.

• Excellent coding skill in Node.js, JavaScript

• AWS Hosting.

• Knowledge working closely with git.

• Experience with the Express.js framework.
