Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Staff Accountant to join our core accounting operations. In this role, you will lead day-to-day financial activities and assist with the month-end close process. You will be a key contributor to our team's collective success, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data for a growing, distributed organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue & COGS: Manage SaaS revenue recognition and track Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to provide accurate gross margin reporting.
  • Full-Cycle Billing & Accounts Receivable: Own the AR process, including subscriptions, renewals, and collections.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage the end-to-end AP process to ensure all vendors and partners are paid accurately and on time.
  • Month-End Close: Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures, including bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Special Projects: Support ERP/systems implementations and other strategic financial projects as required.
