This person MUST have:

• Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Configure and install various network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, servers)
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades
• Must be good in Linux platform and basic hardware.
• Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Work on ticket portal for ongoing customer queries.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills providing call support to Internal and External End Users.
• Handle customer calls/emails regarding technical issues for end users.
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• Linux, drafting for email and tickets, basic understanding of vmware is important.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

 Record and maintain accounting entries, including Payments, Receipts, Journals, Sales, Purchases, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Stock, and Stock Journals.

 Manage daily bank entries and perform monthly bank reconciliations. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)

 Ensure timely TDS payments before the 7th of each month

 Prepare and file TDS returns within statutory timelines Goods & Services Tax (GST)

 Maintain knowledge of applicable GST rates and regulations.

 Prepare monthly GST data and ensure timely filing of GST returns.

 Manage annual GST return filing.

Statutory Contributions

 Prepare and process monthly payments for Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Professional Tax.  Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and deadlines. Vendor & Auditor Coordination

 Ensure timely processing and payment of vendor invoices before due dates.

 Coordinate with vendors and Chartered Accountants for queries, invoices, audits, and compliance-related matters.

Compliance & Regulatory Filings

 Prepare and maintain compliance data for the following: o Income Tax Returns (ITR) o Quarterly TDS Returns o Annual Professional Tax and Property Tax o Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings o Annual Performance Report (APR) o FEMA compliance o Yearly license renewals

 Ensure timely preparation and submission of all statutory and regulatory filings. Advance Tax

 Calculate advance tax liabilities accurately.

 Ensure timely payment of advance tax as per due dates. 

Key Responsibilities : 

Design and Development : Develop robust and scalable robotic applications 

using ROS2. Implement software for various robotic systems, ensuring high 

performance and reliability. 

Hand-on with developing ROS2 nodes, Services/Clients, Publishers/Subscriber. 

Lead and develop path/motion planning algorithms that include route planning, 

trajectory optimization, decision making, and open space planning. Good 

understandings of Robot dynamics, kinematics and modeling. 

System Integration : Integrate sensors, actuators, and other hardware 

components with robotic systems. Ensure seamless communication between 

hardware and software layers. Experienced on integration with perception 

sensors such as IMU, GPS, Stereo Cameras, Lidar, Radar, and various other 

sensors. 

URDF Modeling : Create and maintain accurate URDF models for robotic 

systems. Ensure models accurately represent the physical configuration and 

kinematics of the robots. 

Algorithm Implementation : Implement and optimize algorithms for perception, 

localization, mapping, navigation, and control. 

Background:

· Bachelor’s Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator/Developer in a relevant industry

· Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, & PSA solutions

· Previous industry/functional experience in Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, Retail, Enterprise, General Business
