We are looking for a friendly, hands on technical, and dependable computer professional to provide the highest level of customer support and improve customer satisfaction that helps build brand loyalty for our udoo platform.

This person MUST have:

• Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Configure and install various network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, servers)
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades
• Must be good in Linux platform and basic hardware.
• Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Work on ticket portal for ongoing customer queries.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills providing call support to Internal and External End Users.
• Handle customer calls/emails regarding technical issues for end users.
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• Linux, drafting for email and tickets, basic understanding of vmware is important.

Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution including targeting, ad setup, creative testing, and landing page optimization.

Drive lead generation by lowering CPA and improving ROAS.

Run remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns to boost conversions.

Implement A/B testing for creatives, copies, landing pages, and funnels.

Use AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency.

Monitor budgets and key KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates).

Track, analyze, and report performance using Analytics, GTM, and ad manager platforms.

Must Have

Management skills required

1. Drive scrum meetings (Daily sync-up, Weekly planning meetings, Monthly meetings)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience, ideally with CRM 2016 or 365.
• Have been involved in the delivery of at least five Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
• 4+ Years of custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
• 3+ Years of experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET & JavaScript programming.
• Proven experience in consulting on software products, business analysis &requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in developing plug-in & workflow assemblies.
• Experienced in developing .NET web services & web API applications.
• Understanding of SQL Server 2016. Able to customize CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, & dashboards.
• Knowledge of CRM usage in Browsers, Outlook, Tablet & Mobile Applications.
• Knowledge of Power Automate and Azure is a plus but not mandatory.
• Hands on experience with Team Foundation Server. Responsibility :
• Implementing & extending Dynamics CRM software & inspiring its use within the business environment, advising on best practices to ensure its features are utilized to their fullest.

Responsibilities

• Responding to queries via mail and inbound calls.
• Generating bulk offer letters and salary slips and sending them on mail
• Documentation , updating of details and onboarding of received data in master file.
• Verification of bank details.
• Sharing and maintaining database of Esic and PF to employees.
• Updating Nominee details and family details of employees
• Any other back office and data maintenance activities as required in future.
• Payroll Data Sheet Maintenance where verifying the attendance and salary details including its ESIC , PT , PF Calculation etc.

Key Skills Required

• Excellent hands on practice on working on Ms Excel
• Excellent knowledge of Pivot Table , Vlookup , Conditional formatting etc and shortcut key formulas
• 30 -40 wpm per minute typing skills are mandatory
• 1 -2+ years’ experience as database management or MIS Executive
• Candidates who have experience in customer service while maintaining database and working on excel will be preferred
• Satisfactory communication skills in English to respond queries on mails.
• Person who is dedicated towards his work and understand his duties
