Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-friendly, robust, and scalable Flutter/Android/iOS applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications.
• Implement clean and efficient code following best practices, coding standards, and design patterns specific to mobile development.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and stability of the applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
• Integrate RESTful APIs to fetch and send data from/to the backend servers.
• Work with SQLite or other database technologies to implement data persistence in mobile applications.
• Implement effective UI/UX designs following Material Design guidelines to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions to improve application performance, maintainability, and user engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development and share knowledge with the team.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by users or clients, providing timely and effective solutions.

What does the core role include?

• Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance
• Designing stateless components in React Native
• Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Working with the developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps
• Working with the developers to build the interface with a focus on usability features

Should have min 2+ years of Hands-on experience in React Native development.

• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux
• Experience with JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, HTML5 and front-end languages.
• Good understanding of Android/ iOS design guidelines, SDK.
• Exposure to building React Native components in native iOS and Android.
• Solve complex technical, scalability or performance challenges.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, Gitlab.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Android Development.
• Should be strong in Android fundamentals (including UI design), OOP & Java fundamentals.
• Should be strong in Kotlin fundamentals and coroutines.
• Familiar with Android Architectures, Multithreading Concepts, Testing framework like JUnit, Espresso, Mockito and Reactive Programming.
• Familiar with Dependency Injection and memory optimization techniques.
• Practitioner of SOLID principles.
• Working experience in Compose and KMM (Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile) is an addon
• Should have been part of a team which has shipped at-least one App and lived through the process without too many scars

• Manage high-level architecture and design data flows in the Android and iOS app in (Dart, Flutter framework)
• Add new features and automate functionalities in backend hosted on Firebase (Typescript, ReactJS framework)
• Setup Marketing and Analytics tools in the app to get relevant daily usage insights and target users in different campaigns. (3rd party tools, Mixpanel)
• Experiment with the live data stream from wearable IoT devices to generate insights using ML models in production.
• Deploying ML models in production to be used inside the app community section.

We are looking for an experienced React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-quality engineering team at a product startup or MNC
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical field from a top-tier college
• Proficiency in CS concepts such as data structures and algorithms
• Experience in implementing readable, object oriented code and design patterns
• Understanding of build, deployment, A/B testing of products
