Key Responsibilities:  Business Development & Lead Generation: o Identify and secure new business opportunities by targeting universities, colleges, and educational institutions to promote our online higher education programs. o Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads, including attending events, digital outreach, and cold calling. o Cultivate long-term relationships with academic institutions, corporate partners, and key stakeholders in the higher education sector. o Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and develop customized solutions to meet their educational needs. o  Sales & Partnership Management: o Lead the sales process for acquiring new educational institutions and corporate partners for online programs. o Present Shiksolve’s offerings through compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients. o Negotiate contracts and agreements with institutions and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships and revenue growth. o Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including post-sale follow-up, relationship management, and upselling opportunities.  Strategic Planning & Market Expansion: o Develop and execute business development strategies that align with Shiksolve’s growth objectives. o Analyze the competitive landscape, monitor industry trends, and identify emerging opportunities within the online education space. o Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and customer support) to ensure alignment between business objectives and educational offerings.  Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. o Provide high-level support and guidance to clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all business development matters. o Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify new needs and upsell Shiksolve’s services.  Reporting & Performance Analysis: o Track and report on business development performance, including sales activities, pipeline, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics. o Provide regular feedback to the leadership team regarding market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.  Collaboration & Teamwork: o Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing materials and campaigns that support business development goals. o Work closely with the product and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of online programs. o Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to continuously improve the business development process.

• Collaborate on developing and maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Leverage your experience to share knowledge with the Copywriting team and make impactful strategic decisions related to copywriting.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in conceptualizing ideas and communicating effectively within a creative team.
• Strong organizational skills, including effective time management.
• Independent follow-up ability, with keen attention to detail and monitoring and control capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge across various communication vehicles: Digital, Print, Packaging, Corporate ID, style guides, advertising, and catalogs.

• Proficient in presentation development and delivery to senior executives.
• The ability to write impromptu topicals for brands is a plus.

Languages:

Proficiency in English.

Proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of hands-on copywriting experience.
• Proven experience in Advertising agencies & brands.
• Essential experience in utilizing various writing tools and platforms.

Education:

• Degree from an accredited undergraduate program in English, Journalism, Media, Communication, or a related field.

• Proficiency in content creation/ writing tools.

Main Responsibilities:

• Should be accountable for the deliverables of assigned MS Dynamics CRM functionality
• Should be able to work with Business groups, Architects to understand the functional expectations, produce technical solutions and documentation
• Should be able to conceptualize and design solution, independently customize, develop/code using MS Dynamics 365 and technologies such as C#, .Net, Integration technologies including SQL Server & Kingsway Soft
• Should be able to own technical impediments, liaise with various groups and troubleshoot /resolve
• Participate in the Scrum process activities including Sprint Planning and Estimating sessions, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Demos and Sprint retrospectives.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years’ strong experience in MS dynamics 365 implementations & support and extensive experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power apps
• Strong experience in Web API development and plug in’s
• Strong experience in integration technologies including SQL Server & KingswaySoft to connect internal & third-party systems
• Experience with Power BI, SQL Server Integration Services, ASP.net, client-side JavaScript frameworks, Xamarin.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experience using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops, MS Visual Studio and MS SQL server
