Lead Cloud Reliability Engineer

Job Responsibilities

● Lead and manage the Cloud Reliability teams to provide strong Managed Services support to end-customers.

● Isolate, troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by CMS clients in their cloud environment

We’re seeking a Senior Cloud Architect & Tech Lead to spearhead the next phase of our platform’s growth. Key Responsibilities:

· Lead architecture design for a highly scalable, enterprise-ready SaaS platform built with Vue.js, Firebase Functions (Node.js), Firestore, Redis, and GenKit AI.
