We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Executive to manage and oversee the financial operations of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis and Reporting

o Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

o Provide regular financial updates and insights to management for decision-making.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting

o Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

o Monitor actual performance against budget and identify variances.

3. Accounts Management

o Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.

o Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts.

4. Compliance and Risk Management

o Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulations, and compliance standards.

o Support audits and implement necessary controls to mitigate financial risks.

5. Taxation and Regulatory Compliance

o Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws.

o Keep updated on changes in financial regulations and laws.

6. Financial Planning

o Support strategic financial planning and investment decisions.

o Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

7. Team Collaboration

o Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organizational objectives.

o Support training and development initiatives for the finance team.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

 Experience: 6 month -1 years of experience in financial management or a related role.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books) and advanced MS Excel skills.

 Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

 Knowledge: Thorough understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards.

About the Role:
