Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support on-site civil engineers and assist the site manager with day-to-day project operations. This role is ideal for a fresher looking to gain hands-on experience in civil project execution, coordination, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the project/site manager in planning and execution of project activities.
• Coordinate with different departments and vendors for timely delivery of materials/resources.
• Monitor site progress and update status reports to the management.
• Maintain and update project documentation including daily progress reports, records, and material logs.
• Support quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Handle day-to-day queries and follow up on tasks assigned.
• Attend team meetings and prepare meeting notes.
• Assist in scheduling and organizing project-related events or reviews.
• Support the Site Manager in planning and monitoring project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Help in preparing drawings, quantity take-offs, and site layout plans using tools like AutoCAD & other.
• Assist in ensuring safety standards and compliance with company policies on-site.
• Coordinate material receipts and inventory with procurement and store teams.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other civil drafting tools (basic knowledge required).

📊 QS & Billing: Valuation, vendor bill certification, cost variation, budget tracking, EVA

Responsibilities

• Prepare Subcontract Agreement and Joint Venture Agreement and conclude the same in coordination with Manager.
• Managing manpower with respect to Quantity basis &Timely completion basis.
• Ensure the current market rate. (Analysis of particular work as per Quantity basis, Work description basis)
• Follow up Subcontractor's Performance Bonds and Tender Bonds
• Reviews Subcontractor's monthly invoice and prepare Subcontractor's Payment Certificates.
• Identify variation or change order and prepare valuation accounts.
• Assist the Purchasing Department and Site Project Manager in contractual matters related to procurement / supply contract and agreements.
• Reviewing the contract documents prior to tendering.
• Reviews and clarifies show drawings.
• Coordinate Project Close-Out Procedures including manuals, warranties and As-built drawings.
