We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support on-site civil engineers and assist the site manager with day-to-day project operations. This role is ideal for a fresher looking to gain hands-on experience in civil project execution, coordination, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the project/site manager in planning and execution of project activities.
- Coordinate with different departments and vendors for timely delivery of materials/resources.
- Monitor site progress and update status reports to the management.
- Maintain and update project documentation including daily progress reports, records, and material logs.
- Support quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Handle day-to-day queries and follow up on tasks assigned.
- Attend team meetings and prepare meeting notes.
