Role Overview:
The Project Coordinator supports end-to-end execution of geospatial, LiDAR, drone, and engineering survey projects by coordinating teams, tracking progress, managing documentation, facilitating data approvals, and ensuring timely billing and deliverables within specified timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing project execution plans, schedules, and task allocation.
• Coordinate daily work activities between field teams, processing teams, QA, CAD, and reporting teams.
• Maintain daily/weekly trackers and ensure adherence to workflow and deadlines.
• Manage all project-related documentation including DPRs, logs, QA/QC sheets, and data records.
• Facilitate submission of raw data, processed data, and deliverables to clients.
• Track client feedback, manage revisions, and ensure timely data approvals.
• Support billing processes through measurement sheets, progress reports, and submission logs.
• Coordinate with clients for progress updates, schedules, and deliverable acceptance.
• Identify risks, track issues, and ensure their timely resolution.
