What We’re Building

We’re LendingWise — a B2B SaaS platform powering over 250 lenders, brokers, and banks nationwide. We’re launching a next-gen AI Agent Platform for the mortgage/lending lifecycle: document verification, pricing engines, automated workflows, and multi-agent orchestration — all fully integrated with our CRM/LOS.

You’ll lead the design and development of:

• Modular AI agent system (n8n, CrewAI, LangChain, or your recs)
• Workflow builder UI (admin-facing, trigger/condition/action logic)
• Tool registry + field mapping layer (to connect LendingWise + 3rd-party APIs like CoreLogic, Qualia)
• Document AI module using OCR (Textract or Google)
• Python AI microservices running next to our PHP monolith
• OpenAPI 3.1 upgrade of our current endpoints

Your Role

• Act as hands-on architect and lead engineer
• Own integration of LLMs, workflows, and document tools into real loan files
• Design scalable agent orchestration, triggers, and tool execution
• Collaborate with CTO, 5 full stack engineers (PHP), and 2 product owners
• Prototype and ship the MVP in 4–6 months, scale from there

• You’ve built real-world agent workflows or automation platforms (AI or not)
• You’re fluent in LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI API, or similar
• You’ve shipped production software integrating external APIs and business logic
• You’re comfortable leading architecture, writing Python services, and advising on where PHP stays or goes
• You balance speed with technical vision — you build for iteration, not just demos

The role focuses on cloud security engineering with a strong emphasis on GCP, while also covering AWS and Azure.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software and/or cloud platform engineering, particularly focused on GCP environment.
• Knowledge of the Shared Responsibility Model; keen understanding of the security risks inherent in hosting cloud-based applications and data.
• Experience developing across the security assurance lifecycle (including prevent, detect, respond, and remediate controls)?Experience in configuring Public Cloud native security tooling and capabilities with a focus on Google Cloud Organizational policies/constraints, VPC SC, IAM policies and GCP APIs.
• Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) 3rd Party tools such as Wiz, Prisma, Check Point CloudGuard, etc.
• Experience in Policy-as-code (Rego) and OPA platform.
• Experience solutioning and configuring event-driven serverless-based security controls in Azure, including but not limited to technologies such as Azure Function, Automation Runbook, AWS Lambda and Google Cloud Functions.
• Deep understanding of DevOps processes and workflows.
• Working knowledge of the Secure SDLC process
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling, preferably Terraform.
• Familiarity with Logging and data pipeline concepts and architectures in cloud.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating of customer/subcontractor agreements in a wide range of industrie.
• Extensive experience with vetting, drafting and negotiating master service agreements, subcontractor, non-disclosure agreements, statement of works, change orders etc.
• Well versed in local commercial and corporate law with global outlook.
• Collaborate with various business functions in connection with driving deal negotiations.
• Post signing contract management, including amendments to existing contracts, business team support and counsel
• Train the other legal team members on negotiation/drafting skills
• Managing, mentoring and leading team members.

• 8+ years of law firm experience with a mid to large size law firm or IT company or similar industry with a focus on general corporate law. An understanding of IT and IT sourcing contracts a plus
• Strong knowledge and experience in negotiating high value commercial contracts. Candidate should possess experience in handling international clients and exposed to international laws

• This person should have worked in Enterprise class product from scratch.
• Start-up experience would be highly desirable.
• Tech Stack: React.js, HTML, CSS, AWS, MySQL, Razor Pay, Google Analytics, SEO, Dev Ops, CI/CD Pipeline

UI Path Developer:

• Design, code, test automation workflows using UiPath
• Should completed E/B.Tech. /MCA in any field.

• Should have interest in salesforce development technology.
• Strong technical skills on UiPath, and end to end UiPath offerings
• Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in developing, implementing automation workflows in UiPath.
• Excellent communication skill is a must.
• Knowledge and experience on RPA Ui path Tool.
• Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script is must (or any scripting language, python is a plus)
• Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
• Excellent software development background with any of the following (C#, C++, Java, .NET) is a plus
