This 6-month Design Trainee Fellowship is crafted for design graduates, self-taught designers, or early-career professionals who are passionate about problem-solving through design and eager to gain hands-on experience. What You’ll Do

• Contribute to user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

• Collaborate with experienced designers (including IIT alumni) on live projects across fintech, healthcare, SaaS, and consumer tech.
• Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and client discussions.
• Create responsive, pixel-perfect UI in Figma, following Material Design best practices.
• Get feedback, iterate quickly, and push your creative limits every day.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Ed-Tech industry with Strong communication and sales skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strong experience with programming microcontrollers like Arduino, ESP32, and ESP8266.
• Experience with Embedded C/C++.
