We are looking for an experienced Account Executive from the Real Estate industry to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, vendor coordination, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate/construction accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and financial transactions
- Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable activities
- Prepare invoices, bills, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation
- Maintain project-wise accounting records for real estate projects
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Handle bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities
- Maintain documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist in monthly MIS reports and closing activities
Key Requirements
- Experience as Account Executive in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure industry mandatory
- Knowledge of project accounting and vendor management

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D Interior & Exterior visualizations for luxury farm house and villa projects.
- Develop detailed 3D models from architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Work with accurate feet & inches measurements and architectural dimensions.
- Create realistic renders with proper materials, textures, lighting, and landscaping.
- Prepare walkthroughs and client presentation visuals.
