Key Responsibilities:

-Social Media Strategy:

Develop and implement creative social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create and execute successful campaigns.

-Platform Management:

Oversee daily management of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Optimize content for each platform to align with audience preferences and emerging trends.

-Content Creation and Optimization:

Partner with the content and design teams to produce high-quality posts, visuals, and videos.

Ensure all content adheres to brand voice guidelines and integrates SEO best practices.

-Engagement and Community Management:

Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community trust.

Address customer feedback and queries in a professional and timely manner.

-Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other social media -analytics platforms.

Create detailed reports to track key metrics, ROI, and engagement levels.

-Trend Monitoring:

Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.

Identify innovative opportunities to enhance strategies and improve outcomes.

-Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.

-Qualifications and Skills:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

-2-4 years of proven experience as an SMO Analyst or in a similar role.

-Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

-Strong understanding of SEO principles and their integration into social media.

-Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills.

-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

-Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

-Experience with paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Use domain knowledge along with research and analytical skills for market sizing, market landscaping, workflow analysis, pricing analysis in the IT industry for SAAS Products
• Analyzing data, developing reports and dashboards, and communicating insights to the business. The role will stretch across the breadth of our organization and have both global and region-specific coverage
• Excel based analysis linking multiple data points to identify impactful insights and trends in data
• Present research findings to key stakeholders over PPTs  
• Data prep and QC as and when needed to ensure data accuracy
• Liaise with key senior business stakeholders to understand their business problems and propose analytical solutions.
• Blend technical analytics skills along with a strong domain/business understanding to help our marketing & commercial organizations take the right strategic decisions
• Build expertise on the market landscape in the context of the business, through individual learning and regular interactions with the team
• Supporting broader team programs, processes and simplification initiatives, as needed

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 2-5 years' experience in IT industry in Analytics; MBA would be an added advantage
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal & communication skills within a global environment (oral and written)
• Demonstrated experience in projects involving market sizing, market landscaping, workflow analysis and pricing analytics
• Comfortable handling big data in MS-Excel, creative in presentations, pulling together insights from a variety of sources with effective presentation and story boarding skills
• Problem solver accompanied by strong analytical and process skills, keen attention to detail, be highly organized and methodical
• Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the manual testing efforts of the QA team in an Agile development environment.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute test cases.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, plans, and reports.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on test progress, defect status, and quality metrics to higher authorities.
• Perform Functional, Non-Functional, GUI testing, Smoke, Sanity testing, Performance testing, Pen Testing, Monkey testing, Retesting & Regression testing.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
• To prepare daily Sprint reports.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in software testing and QA methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and QA, with a focus on manual testing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a team lead managing at least 5 team members in an Agile development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
• Experience with testing web-based applications, mobile applications, and APIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with test management tools, such as JIRA, AIO, Trello, etc.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.

Requirements:

• Should be a go-getter, ready to shoulder more responsibilities, and shows enthusiasm and interest in work.

• Excellent core Python skills including threading, dictionary, OOPS Concept, Data structure, and Web service.

• Should have work experience on the following stacks/libraries: Flask

• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries

• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system

• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as Angular, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code

• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications

• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance

• Experience in both RDBMS(MySQL), NoSQL databases (MongoDB, HDFS, HIVE etc) or in-memory caching technologies such as ehcache etc is preferable.
